prettybirdm: Game on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight I am going to my first Panther's game in 2 years. I am so excited. I haven't really followed the Panthers since the bad trade they made. Dana and I are going to the game it's going to be so much fun!! I love hockey! I hope in November, when we go to PIttsburgh ,to see a Penguin's game. I know it's kinda hard to get tickets to see them play but I will devise a plan with Nikki. We love the Pens so much!! I love watching hockey with her because she really knows her stuff, and gets just as excited as I do. Girl Hockey Fans RULE!!

FL visit has been fun. Today Mom,Dad, and I hit the mall. I got a few new tops in Macy's I love Macys! Yay!

First Prize:$5000 for undergraduate student, $5000 for graduate student

 

Second Prize:$2000 for undegraduate student, $2000 for graduate student

 

Third Prize:$1000 for undergraduate student, $1000 for graduate student

Myartspace recently launched a student art scholarship competition for undergraduate and graduate students. The competition is free to enter and is open to art students throughout the world. In order to enter and submit a portfolio/gallery students must be a member of the myartspace community. Membership is free.

The scholarship program is intended for students who exhibit exceptional artistic excellence in their chosen medium. Including photography and video, both contemporary and traditional in nature. Myartspace is providing 3 scholarship prizes for undergraduate students and separately 3 scholarship prizes for graduate students. Creating a portfolio and gallery is quick and easy using the Gallery Wizard on the site.

I'm listening to Nightmare Revisited and I need to go buy this CD like, now. Where's the best CD store in the Pitt/ CMU walkable area? I know this is pop garbage and I could find it anywhere, but I like to support cool local stores whenever possible and haven't bought any music since we moved here.

Overnight, my quota has gone from 76% full to 106% full. I know what the root of the problem is - a PowerPoint presentation a professor sent me freshman year that it won't let me delete. I've kept on top of this by deleting any superfluous messages that came into my inbox. However, now my Pitt email won't let me delete anything. I've heard of some fabled way to completely clean out the inbox - I just don't know how. Can anyone help?

I wanted to install Vista recently and saw on the Pitt CSSD website that the university offers the Ultimate version. So I went to go pick it up and when I looked closely at the disc it said it was for upgrade only. Is there a typo on the Pitt CSSD website or is this a fluke? I ask because, like I said, the Pitt CSSD website states it as "Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit" and below it states that they also offer the Upgrade version of XP Pro.

Matt and I rode bikes today to Starbucks. It was a lot of fun. On the way to Starbucks was a head-wind which really sucked. Seeing how I haven't rode a bike since 2001.
Maybe I will get a bike in Ann Arbor, it's seems to be very popular thing to do.

The major down side...My ass hurts. I think I will sit in a tub of ice for a little bit. Or not.

Hi.
I went to visit my baby bird today. He's so damn cute.
Then Mom, Matt, and I went to City Place which in my opinion is just kinda yucky. It made me miss Ann Arbor because, Ann Arbor is the complete opposite of South FL in general.

For a freak moment I missed Pittsburgh, maybe it's because Mike came to visit. I miss the people in Pittsburgh. I mean the area is okay. Just not ideal.

Other than that, not much news coming out of here. I can't wait for tomorrow nights debate!!

Had an awesome weekend with Mike. We followed our standard protocol for a visit and it was a hell of a time. Last night was, "get drunk night" at the house. Which included my parents. It was SO DAMN FUNNY!! Anyway I got so drunk sooo very drunk.

I didn't get up to say goodbye to Mike this morning well because I drank too much. I ending up staying up to 4:30am listening to some of my favorite records.

Matt was the hero of the night, he was able to hook up the speakers to the record player and now I am in heaven.

There is so much more that happened this weekend but I am lazy and don't feel like writing about it.

Oh yeah I bought a baby English Budgie yesterday! So many cute baby birds there!!!
