I'm in need of help!
I'm 25 and at a point where I need to be wearing more professional clothing. Although I can find lots of tops, pants are impossible... I have a 29inch waist and my hip measurement is 40. Yep, I have a j.lo butt. It's great for going out with my college friends pants, but how do I find pants that fit at the waist (no huge gap in the back) without being so tight at the butt and hips that there's horizontal lines across the hips where the fabric pulls or them being too tight at my butt to be work-appropriate? I talked to a tailor who said that there's only so much they can take in a waist and it'd be too obvious on professional pants to really be helpful.
I know that the logical thought would be to just try for skirts instead, but: 1) same problem even with skirts 2) I'm not very girlie and not a fan of skirts in general 3) I don't carry a purse, so I need pants with pockets for a place to put my stuff!
HELP!

a couple of questions :)
1. i'm going to the bahamas with a few friends, and i am so so excited except for one little problem. this is going to make me sound totally insecure, but all of my friends are rather busty and i'm kinda lacking in that department haha. i mean, i have boobs but next to them i just feel really bad and i know its more of an internal "be comfortable with yourself" type of thing, but i would love it if some of you ladies could recommend a really good bikini top that pushes up well. i would appreciate it so much!

I need a new foundation. Ive tried christian dior, clinique and MAC. I love mac for my eyes but im not a fan of their foundations. I want something that's not tested on animals and covers blemishes. I use the benifit zap stuff in the little tube on my zits as a concealer which works awesome. i got that at sephora. it has acne medication in it so it shrinks them while covering. Does benefit make a foundation? if so i was thinking of trying that.. any ideas? btw I'm olive complected (italian) but not real dark or anything.

So um. My makeup isn't so awesome as I thought...The concealer I bought from Mac doesn't match my skintone, apparently. It looked good in the store when she put it on, but I got home and put it on and it looks completely different. Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiighh. I'm going to return that tomorrow. The eyeshadow is a meh. The colours are nice, but the plum that I bought it for really isn't playing up to my expectations (which was to be a deep eyeliner). I'll still keep it, partly because I have to since I bought it from a drugstore, but also because the other colours are quite nice...The subtle pink was exactly what other colour I needed and the gold is also nice. I can use the plum as a shadow, but I don't really do shadow very often..
Sigh. I'm so discouraged about makeup. I feel like every buying experience has been a bad one because I always buy something that ends up not meeting my expectations...

I just got off the phone from HMV Citylink & they told me the Japan press , regular edition of the single is already available for sale . HMV Heeren hasn't received the stock yet after I asked the staff from Citylink & I STILL cannot get through the Heeren's outlet T_T .
Someone must have forgotten to put down the phone properly .
Anyway the single's selling for S$20.95 so if you're a S'porean like myself , go get it NOW ! I think I will do that later on today or tomorrow .

For S'poreans like myself , in the latest Sept issues of teens & Teenage magazines , both magazines did mentioned about HYD Final .
I managed to scan those portions that involved HYD Final & I must say Teenage did a much better job promoting the movie than teens . Waay better .

Yaaay so I went makeup shopping today and I came home with some concealer from MAC and a Revlon eyeshadow ("Make a Sheen" in Plum Like it Hot...Thank you to the person who suggested it!). I was really hoping to find some affordable primer, and the one at MAC sounded really great but then I went to Holt Renfrew (a Canadian luxury/high end department store) and the Yves Saint Laurent lady sat me down for a while and did my makeup and their primer was PHENOMENAL. It came in a tube/brush applicator and it made my skin look and feel awesome. There was ginseng and caffeine in it and it made my skin feel sensationally tingly for up to half an hour afterwards. I felt kind of bad that I left without buying anything (especially since she put on powder, mascara, and lipgloss for me) but the primer was either $58 or $68 CAD. That was waaayyy over my budget. I even wore all the makeup she put on me all day at work and I never felt greasy or anything, which is a constant problem for me. The tube was a bit over 1oz, and it came in a great package/dispensing system, but I was really unsure if I wanted to spend that much on primer....
Siiiiiigh. It was a great product, but really, up to $70 for primer? I loved it, but do I really want to spend that much money? Help, guys! I'm so distressed...Maybe someone can justify me blowing $70+ on one, albeit amazing, product? D: Waaaahhhh.

Hey ladies,
so I had a question about perms. I have some pretty long (almost to the small of my back) hair and have been thinking about getting one for about half a year now. Yeah, I know. But I've just been too chicken to do it after hearing so many horror stories from my friends of how they hated how theirs came out.
Thick, almost wiry, almost wavy hair runs in my family and apparently they take to curls very well. My mom had hers done in half the time the hairstylists recommended and it still came out really curly. I don't mind that so much as I want really big curls (like maybe 2.5+ inches) and I was wondering if that was possible with the standard perm, because my mom's been telling me that it's not and I should just go with a digital then.
I really like the look of digital perms, but everyone's been telling me that they loosen up too fast, so I'm pretty much at a loss for what to do. The last perm I got was when I was 4, soooo I'm not exactly an expert on this and I'm at a loss for what to ask for. I have an appointment for tomorrow, but if anyone could give me any sort of advice, that'd be great.

hey girls,
i'm not really big on wearing lipstick and the like, but i want to try a gloss that has a bit of color to it. i'm drawn to bright colors that pop, so i was thinking some sort of rasberry color. i've tried some, but there hasn't been enough color or they've been too sticky for me to wear on a regular basis.
does anyone have any suggestions on something similiar that isn't sticky and i could find at a drugstore?

I am a fan of really light pink lipstick and need any tips I can get for a girl who WANTS light pink lips but has dark dark dark natural berry lips!
I saw a magazine of a girl putting what looked like powder/foundation on her lips before putting on lipstick.. but she might have not been doing that i'm not sure.. the magazine was in japanese. So anyways, I'd love to know any tips for that?
Also some body lotion for evening about blotchy skin if it exsists?
