disaster relief

Nothing is really quite as important as helping out those in need due to Hurricane Katrina. What a mess she's made. I feel horrible for the homeless, hungry, hurt, lonely people along the gulf and in New Orleans and Mississippi. I want to go help out and do something for my fellow citizens. It really makes you stop and thank the Lord for what you have. And it makes you wonder why some people suffer so much.
I hope everyone is donating their fair share to the Red Cross or any other nonprofit, charitable organization they can find. These people need help and they need it fast. I donated blood last week. Guess I'll be going back in about 7 weeks.

School is alright. I've been overwhelmed by the news in the south, though. My aunt's house got demolished in Mississippi. This is too sad. This is all I wanted to say. Keep your eyes and ears open. And your hearts as well.
