My lonesome Toronto excursion was a resounding success, if I do say so myself. Turns out subways aren't all that confusing OR scary. My favourite part baout being downtown is it makes me feel like I have something to do (which I did today, of course). I love the fast pace, the constant movement, the busy-ness, the buildings, EVERYTHING.
The best part? I'm living there next year. And I couldn't be more excited.
So besides attending the course info seminar (which did help affirm what I thought I already knew), I managed to get my TCard.. University pictures are supposed to be bad, right? Because I'm midway between the transition from smile to frown in this pic, and it isn't very pleasant. But I had a good day, even if I was all lonely. At least I have enough confidence in myself to navigate the basics of the TTC and the streets around St. George. LOVE TORONTO.
Oh, and my laptop arrived today. I already set it up and the whole bagdizzle.. minus internet. I won't have a router until tomorrow. DANGIT!
GOOOD DAY.
PS: I'm changing my mind about courses for enxt year again. Will post when answers have been found.
