so I haven't updated this in apparently over 2 years. basic updates, I have a decent job that doesn't pay enough but I actually enjoy going to. I'm back as a full time student at salem state working on my B.S. in Biology with a dual concentration in Aquaculture and Marine Bio. the typical life stuff happened in between like break ups, money issues, broken bones, shows, and gallons of amp. I might actually start keeping this up again, I miss talking about my life.

you know, I think I forgot how to write entries its been so long. but here goes.
ok ready for basics, I have a decent job that I don't get enough hours at so I need a second one.
I'm single yet again because sarah dumped me with the intention of not seeing anyone else because she's busy and all that. that was a lie. I'm moving out yet again within the next few months considering I was basically told over the summer my family kind of wants me out during one of the heated arguments. which is understandable I guess, but since then everything has been fine, and I got the "I didn't mean it, stay till whenever you need to." I'm pretty sure all parties concerned are getting cabin fever.
not sure what I'm going to do, all I really know is I need to find a way to pay off some debt, buy myself a car, and find myself an apartment. not necassarily in that order.

so before you think I'm hating on my puerto rican friends hear me out. in the world baseball classic theres baseball teams from all the participating SOVEREIGN NATIONS right? including venezuela, japan, u.s.a., etc etc. go do a search on google for United states territories and a few examples come up, such as the virgin islands, midway, the marianas, guam, and samoa. these countries are not considered sovereign because they are territories of a major parent nation namely the US. now my issue is this, puerto rico falls under the category of territory of a parent nation. why is it all the other teams involved are sovereign nations yet puerto rico as a territory is allowed to participate. I realize that they want to be their own nation, but so does quebec and canada doesn't allow them to participate in international events under the quebec flag they have to use the canadian flag so why does the US allow a territory to compete against it when they could use the talent from that territory to further thicken their own roster?
I know useless question because no one on my friends list actually gives a shit but I do so deal with it.
now real entry...
things are going extremely well with me and Sarah. I just bought a new paintball gun. and so far being 24 has been rather uneventful. not that I expected anything different with any of these situations, but this is me so who knows what could have happened.

I miss certain friends voices alot and I'm sorry I never call. specifically certain ones living in ohio and arizona currently.

I always forget too. I'm turning 24 in like 2 months. somehow this is the cosmic way of telling me to grow up. the team is on a temporary hiatus till we get our shit together, which will probably be sooner then later because we all want to play, just sometimes real life gets in the way.
speaking of real life, I'm seeing someone. I'm gonna leave it at that because I'm 90% sure it'll work out and the 10% of me thats uncertain is the part that always gets me in trouble, so I figure the less I think the better off I'll be.
I bought ram and a sound card for my puter. I'm now rockin a full gig of memory, and a soundblaster audigy zs. now all I need is a new video card. either going with one of the new nvidia's or one of the new ati radeon x1000 series. I have plenty of experience with the radeon's so I figured I might try the nvidia chipset. but if you have any geeky input I'm all ears.

so I suppose this was bound to happen. a while ago I told myself I'm not going to get emotionally involved with anyone until I get my life in order. so I get a job where I'm working routine day hours consistently, I talked to a financial advisor and I have an appointment in january when schools back in session to get my finances in order and finish my bachelors within the next 2 years, and menatally I think I'm growing up alot(taking my actions for what they are, my actions, and not blaming the world for my misfortunes. realizing that I'm not infallible. finally starting to even out when it comes to thinking with my head and my heart and that the 2 are mutually exclusive.)
so my head is straight, my life is getting more on the right path and then my train of the thought leads back to the place is always inadvertently does, my heart. I want emotion, I want someone to share life with. maybe its just christmas, or winter or whatever. but I don't want the kiss under the misteltoe to be a brief experience, I want it to be a special experience in a long list of special experiences with someone. I want the new years kiss that signifys that "we'll be together for alot of these". basically that emotional happy bullshit that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
yeah so thats my story in a pile of run-on and misguided feelings.

the fucking bruins traded their captain. the so-called future of their franchise. the one player on their roster who deserved to be making as much as he his. they're a fucking joke. they're last in the northeast division. I don't get it, at the beginning of the year everyone who knew anything about hockey were looking at the lineup and saying they were easily a playoff team. but instead you trade joe thornton, the same person who scores 20+ goals every season and countless assists. the only person on the team besides bergeron who's actually scoring. and yes I'm ranting about hockey, I know no one cares but I do.

so the next week is gonna fuckin blow. I figured it would get easier, apparently I was wrong. I'm not good with dealing with this stuff at all, I see other people in my family crying, or going to graves. I can do all that but it doesn't help me at all. the 13 is sunday, if you want to do something that day let me know, if theres a show that day let me know. I could use the company.

september already, weird. summer flew by. maybe this coming year will be better, don't we say that every year? does it make it happen? this year wasn't horrible, just not very eventful. so would I rather have a year where something is happening every day, good and bad, or a year where like this where weeks could go by before anything happens but when it does it changes alot? I can't answer that.
so this was a pointless entry.
