Personality: Harry is an interesting mix of contradictions. On one hand, he's very loving, loyal, determined, brave, fun, and protective. On the other hand, he's envious, moody, reckless, trouble-making, and resentful. Fortunately, the good in him definitely outweighs the bad, and his moments of feeling slighted or wounded are usually short-lived. He's always there when he's needed, and he's extraordinarily talented and powerful, even when he may not realize just how very much. He's a devoted friend and a good pupil, although he is rather willing to break the rules if he thinks it's for a 'better cause.' On occasion, he can be rather cocky and self-assured, but underneath it all, he's very unsure of himself and often feels as though some day everyone might just see him as an imposter - famous by chance and not by merit.

His most recent difficulties have been centered in the love department, and unfortunately, he's not had much luck with past relationships. He often sabotages them himself, but even when he's truly invested, things rarely work out.

Strengths: Harry is an amazingly talented flyer; he picked it up earlier than any student within the past century. He's also a talented Seeker and wins virtually every Quidditch match the Gryffindor team plays in. His other skills lie with spellwork. Extremely powerful, Harry is capable of magic far beyond his years, and he frequently surprises himself by managing something he shouldn't be able to accomplish.
Weaknesses: He can be a bit headstrong and recklessly defiant if he feels he is being wronged. He is easily angered and will lash out when properly provoked. When it comes to girls, he's also rather clueless and often says the wrong thing or else doesn't understand them at all.

Habits: He scratches his neck or the back of his head when he's nervous or thinking. If he isn't sure what to say, he will often stammer or stumble over the words - or in the reverse, he may blurt them out unintentionally or suddenly. For daily habits, he tries to get in at least one flying practice per day when possible.
Home environment: Living with the Dursleys was a miserable experience. He grew up in the shadow of an enormous, obnoxious cousin and received very little love or attention (unless you count negative attention). He's now living with Sirius Black, his adopted father, over the summers. For the most part, he absolutely loves it and can't wait to spend time with him. When Sirius is being over-protective or edges on treating Harry like a child when he becomes worried for him, Harry does get a bit irritated and can rebel somewhat.

What songs does he enjoy? or what you think relates to him): Harry tends to like rockish/punkish music, anything from upbeat/rebellious to emo/angry. Vindicated, Beverly Hills, She Hates Me, Bruised, Fall Out Boy, etc.
Hobbies: Quidditch is his main hobby of choice, although he's more than willing to hang out with the guys doing just about anything.
Goals: He wants to play Quidditch on a real team after Hogwarts, but he does also still carry some desire to be an Auror and earn his celebrity.

Relationships, past and present: So far, he's gone full circle. Starting with the innocence of Ginny Weasley, his first "real" dating relationship was with Mandy Brocklehurst followed by Brady Walker and then Fred Weasley. All of those relationships were infected by his constant obsession and attraction to Draco Malfoy. At this point, he's finally past the obsession with the Slytherin, but he can't have the boy he really wants, and so he spent his time once again with Ginny Weasley, and will soon be single for quite some time.
Kinks: He hasn't had much experience (aside from an overload of snogging), and doesn't really know what he likes or doesn't like yet.

Clothing style: He'll wear anything that feels comfortable. During the summer, he wears long swim shorts or knee-length cargo shorts. During the cooler weather of winter, he's usually found wearing jeans with either a long-sleeved t-shirt or a hooded sweatshirt (his favorite). He doesn't wear much to adorn himself, although he does constantly wear a shamrock necklace Seamus gave to him, and he also wears a ring he had made to match his best friends.

Walking mannerism: His walk can vary between two extremes. When he's feel confident, he'll have a swagger that's very near to a strut, but those moments don't happen as often as he'd like. Ordinarily he's either walking with a casual, carefree walk or shuffling uncertainly.
Talking mannerism: As above, he tends to fall into two categories. When he wants to be or when he feels he's capable, he can be rather charming and talk with a smug, grinning sort of tone. If he's feeling cautious or nervous, however, his words can become broken, blurted, or stammered.

Favourite food: Growing up with the Dursleys has made him into a rather healthy eater now that he can have his pick of foods. He'll eat nearly anything, although the basics tend to be his favorites (meat, potatoes, peas). He's also got a rather notable sweet tooth. ;)

Favourite colour: Being a huge fan of his house, Harry likes the red/crimson color quite a bit, but he's also partial to green (when he doesn't think it'll be miscontrued as support for Slytherin).

Things you'd like others to know about him/her when threading: Harry is...well, Harry. He tends to fall in and out of meaningless crushes regularly and he's often envious of others who are in serious relationships, but when it comes down to it, he isn't ready to commit to anything more than general flirting or a few nervous meet-ups. Despite how he may act otherwise, he's very emotionally attached to one person in particular, precisely because it's more than just a crush (~~stupidboy~~). On the other hand, he is very genuine and very willing to play along with most teasing, so friendly encounters are always welcome.
