4 comments| after the social Let's see [07 May 2008|11:26pm] Donovan bought kites and it hasn't been windy enough to use them yet. Let's see. I've been hanging out with Donovan and Nanner and Maribeth (mostly Donovan) and doing things like playing with Moon Sand and losing at hand stand competitions. ( Also I dyed my hair red. Er, Reddish ) Donovan and I saw a baby opossum tonight! It was so cute. It scared me a lot at first though because it was sneaking along through the grass. Then when Donovan was leaving, I injured myself on the new evil gate. I always swing one side closed and then rush to grab the other side before the first side opens again (if this makes any sense), and as I went after the second side, my left hand collided with the swinging side and it hit really hard. It hit the pressure point between my thumb and index finger. At first I thought I broke my thumb, but it's not swollen. Now the pain is spreading though my whole hand, though. I'm typing one-handed and picking up my DS just now with my left hand was a mistake. OUCH. Why, Evil Gate, why?! Anyway aside from the hand pain I've been having a great couple of days.
