| | Not Too Shabby | ] | I finally checked my SAT II scores [the server on CollegeBoard.com was bogged down yesterday]. I got a crappy 590 on my U.S. History SAT, but I should have expected that because I didn't really study. All I did was look over an outline of what we learned in the class to refresh my memory. So that sucks, but I can't do anything about it now.
I'm a bit more impressed with my Writing SAT score: 730. I must have done perfect on the multiple choice part, because there's no way my essay was any good at all. It sucked so bad. I must have gotten the -70 from the essay alone.
I'm considering taking the regular SAT once more on the next date. I only got a 1340 [660 Verbal/680 Math] on it and I think I could probably do much better [I had a headache the whole time and nearly drifted asleep on several occasions]. Being in the 1400 Club would be nice; I've always wanted to have my name on a plaque somewhere. The 1500 Club would be even better.. Or even, dare I say, the 1600 Club?
Edit: just visiting back to this old entry. Well, I finally got my name on a plaque. I got the Warrior Award in English for my graduation. I think I'm the only person on that plaque, which is extra cool. |
