it was great by the way. i confess i haven't had the faintest interest in the local music scene, but this was a rather interesting discovery. all bands were entertaining save for one. HEH! observation made: band competitions make people do very stupid things, like men wearing skirts (not kilts mind you) and shimmery shirts. that is not on.

anyways the new zouk looks like the old one. they just put new fixtures in here and there and revamped the loo which daniel thinks looks "garish" (my words, not his). there's a communal sink. great, one more watering hole (literally) where male and female can mingle and ogle at each other. "dude! i saw this awesome chick, great tits, at the sink just now garrrrrr"

oh yes, i can see it now.
