I called my boss today to see if my schedule was all laid out and if I had to work this week. I was pretty surprised to learn that I am actually just sort of.. on call. This whole February. Haha. So I pretty much dont have to work at all the whole month unless someone calls in sick or needs off-time or its super busy. I'm sort of happy about this but I also really need the money because I was planning on renewing my gym membership and trying to save up for a, gasp, car. But... I guess I can wait or something.
I woke up this morning with a giant bulldog in my face and Destiny's Child's "Say My Name" playing on my computer. It was a little awkward, especially considering that Brutus was pretty much crushing my chest and that he definitely could not have gotten up onto the bed himself.
I guess all that hanging out in Austin is what's making me want to hang out right now. Its kind of aggravating that there isnt anyone to call because I seriously still do not know anyone here. Well, there's Amy, but I'm really tired of running around in circles for her to notice me, and I've been doing that with her since 5th grade or something. If she wants to hang out with me, she'll have to do all the planning and shit, which is really unlikely so that is pretty much me saying that I will never see her again. WHERE ARE YOU, CAT&MIM? Would it be soooo terrible if you came to visit me? ):
