Blaaarrrrgh! Finally movin' - plus teaser panel!  
Arse arse ARSE has it ever been a frustrating start to the year.  Slammed with work - both paid and not, all of which has forced poor Grit onto the back-burner.  I've been watching the calender in despair.

But finally...FINALLY...everything that isn't paying bills is DONE and out of my face, and out of the way of poor languishing episode 19.  This week has been BLISS as I've finally been able to get cranking on it again.  So, after a long looooooong radio-silence from me (seriously, there was nothing to update beyond cries of despair), I give you a teaser panel from the pencils thus far -



Did I mention this ep is a 64 page behemoth?  It is.  But plough through it I will!  Watch me.

I'll be back after I've done a bunch more pages, with another teaser and (if I'm feelin' good about it) which page I'm up to in march towards 'done'.

Gah, every episode you step yup your artistic game several notches and by the time you got to episode 18 I was completely blown away with how awesome Platinum Grit was looking...now to see how far you've stepped again I think I may explode.

Knowing it's going to look this good, means every second of the wait for 19 was well worth it.

Just wanted to say "Hi." I'm still fairly new to Platinum Grit, which was recommended by a friend, but I love the series nonetheless. Just read Book 2 last week.

Keep up the great work! If you do, I'll keep reading it. ;-]

hrmm replying to myself... i only seem to have... in print.. up to issue ten... did 11 come out on the comic book shelves and i missed it? (not really going to buy the anthology just for that one issue if i can help it.) might have to start trawling through comic book store backissues...
