games & friends

Just recently I've been wanting to play board games a lot. Kinda like how Kovarik, Bekah, and Andy and I used to play Settlers of Catan all the time. And how Jenn, Jason, Ben, and us used to play True Colors. But alas, there are no friends very close to play with anymore :( *sniff*sniff* I'm especially interested in playing Diplomacy. Even though I've never played and I'm notoriously bad at wargames, this one seems lots of fun. Maybe because there's so much negotiation involved. Anyway, I've thought about posting an ad somewhere to get people to play with and I've thought about meetup.com, but remembered Jenn's not so good results with that. So I thought, maybe Jenn, Len, Jason, and Ange would be interested in meeting once a month or so to play games...because they are kind of far but not too far away. Just a thought. I know, I'm a dork, but if this sounds interesting to you, Jenn, let me know!
