You know, as unimportant as it is in the grand scheme of things I must say this - I feel really awful for Kristen Stewart. She's pretty much being dragged over the coals by the media, who are gleefully pointing out that she's lost her friends and is miserable. It's really unfair that that poor girl (who yeah, made a mistake but is also like 21) does something stupid (WITH ANOTHER, MUCH OLDER PERSON) and has to take the fall for it.

I really hate that women take the brunt of the blame and anger when it comes to infidelity. The "Other Woman" concept is brutal. Anyways, that is all, I feel bad for her.

So my area of Toronto is terrifying. I think I have proven my street-tough attitude enough, so it's time to run away. Yesterday I saw a man in front of my apartment having sex with a tree. Oh sweet lord jesus.
I'm also moving in with James and Nyree, so who could possibly not be extremely happy?
Am psyched enough about future living arrangements that I'm not spending each moment dreaming of the east coast. Yay!!

So today was the first full day of being a raw foodist. Magic. I actually awoke from a dream and woke up to realize I had been dreaming about a big bowl of rice.
It's really for the best though, I think I need to work through an extreme and difficult change to my diet to really respect what I will be asking of clients when I tell them to change their diet. It's pretty much changing the way you live.
It's also mad how your mind sabotages you into thinking that you need what you aren't getting. This morning for example I felt deprived of something while I was eating breakfast. But, I don't eat breakfast normally. Or, I normally eat salads for lunch, but it felt like some big deal chore today. Ridiculous. The raw girl I know says that normally you wouldn't go cold turkey like this, and after the three day mark it will be easier.
I've never been really one to diet before, so maybe this is why I am so ill-prepared to deal with this.
Also I'm trying to get into the fermented food thing, but again my brain is saying, "Um Anna, remember how we don't eat spoiled food?"

I can't believe how soon the trek to Vancouver is.
I'm so excited! We have a beautiful place to stay for a couple months until we get our own place, there's a room mate and she seems very lovely. Obviously I'm looking forward to Conor and I having space that it just ours again, but it's nice to have something that's certain.
I find myself overly romancing this area though. It's going to be bittersweet to leave.
Kingston is a beautiful city, and will always hold a special place in my heart, but I am so ready to leave it. I will miss the people. Not just in Kingston, but friends in other Ontario cities as well. I suppose it's a bit of comfort that I will probably see them the same amount I did previously.
I really know now that I need to stay firm with myself about school. I need to pay off my loan, or at least most of it before going back. I think it's the location change and everything that is making me panic about not being in school anymore. I can't wait to go back, and I think it's that passion thats going to make me work harder to pay back that loan sooner. I wish I were secure enough in myself to feel like I can make it in the workforce, and that I shouldn't just cloister myself away with my books and shelter myself from the "real world by staying a student forever.
I really would love it though if I had enough money and no social responsibility for that I could just leave everything behind, get new stuff and not pack/unpack anything.

Okay, so no one here is shocked that I have an eating disorder the size of Kingston. But for some reason it's really starting to bug me. I mean, it isn't as serious as lots of other peoples, I'm fine a whole bunch of the time. (I mean, I can go for a month and not have any sort of "freak out") But I am really pitying myself tonight over this one.

I've had one really for as long as I can remember, because my parents set the BEST example ever. There is no way in my family to not feel guilty about food. You're either guilty for eating too much ("Do you really need all that?") or guilty for not eating enough ("I never see you eat", "You're too skinny", "You have no bum" etc etc)

The thing that pisses me off the most is that it's so ordinary and common and textbook. I would love to be unique and like how my body looks, to never feel the need to restrict calories or throw up or any of that glamour. I would love to know that my siblings were spared this, and that I am the unevenly unhealthy one, but it's in all of us. We pretty much all are the same when it comes to this one. Way to go genetics/nagging.

In short, I haven't eaten more than 300 calories in the last three days and am extremely pissy. And made the phone call ages ago back home saying I had the flu.

Fuck.

I hate the gym

Ok. I am in no way in top physical form. To this I am resigned and will not mourn it. Although, when one traditionally works out alone, they tend to get ideas in their head about the splendor that is their own fitness.
Allow me to explain, due to my laziness if I jog for 15 minutes, do 100 crunches and 20 minutes of yoga that is the workout of a lifetime. And because of that my brain tells me I am good at things.
I believe the gym was invented purely for the purpose of letting you know that your friends are in better shape than you are. I already hate going, but the weather outside is horrid, and I wanted to do something more than be lazy in my apartment. Basically the result- I am as uncoordinated, unfit, and overall unprepared person ever to set foot in the PEC.
