This LiveJournal exists as a means for bands to contact the booking agency to book bands on the roster or just keep contact.
The Forensic Scene serves dual purposes.
The first is to take the hassle off of bands who have to book their shows by doing the booking and making sure venues follow through with guarantees, etc.
I also write up Press Kits (not physical ones - just the actual text itself). I have various magazine and webzine contacts that I have established while working as a freelance journalist throughout the years as well as from my current job as the Public Relations Director for a small label out of Texas called Dollhouse Recordings so I can help you get those press kits and bios out there.
At the moment, our clientele includes Georgia's Torriadora (Beloved influenced mosh) and Makeshift Faith (Pantera styled southern metal), Alabama's Ashes Fall (metal chaos in its most primal form), Virginia's The West End (anthemic singalong rock and roll) and New York City's Marwood (the lovechild of The Cult and Oasis).
