Matthew Morrison Revealed
Ditching class? Singing with Don Ho?The star of "Glee" spills about his high school days in O.C.
By Tina Dirmann / Photographs by Brian Bowen Smith

With Broadway roles in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" and "Hairspray," a Tony nomination for "The Light in the Piazza," and a starring role in the hit Fox series "Glee," you might think Matthew Morrison would struggle to pick his favorite career highlight. But just mention Don Ho, and listen to him perk up with‹shall we say it? glee.

"Oh yeah, that was great," recalls 31-year-old Morrison, who was just a freshman at Los Alamitos High when he sang with the late pop legend. "It was such a big deal, but we were performing in this dinky little room [in Hawaii]. We did a few of our' numbers in Don Ho's show, and we sang backup for his iconic songs Tiny Bubbles' and Pearly Shells.' It was great!"

Despite his prime-time TV role, Morrison's heart remains in theater; he's developing a musical based on the life of James Dean and hopes to play the starring role. But the actor, who was born in Fort Ord, Calif., and now lives in New York City, has never forgotten his roots.

It all started at the Orange County High School of the Arts. Morrison studied there during its years on campus at Los Alamitos High School, before it moved to Santa Ana in 2000. In fact, the 1997 graduate still makes guest appearances to support the program that launched him.

I am soooo so sorry if this shouldn't go here at all, but I am really curious to where these pictures belong.

I've looked everywhere and I have no idea where they come from, but they're really good shots of Kevin. So all I need is the pictures that go with the icons, if you know. If there is a website or whatever, that would be awesome possum. I'd love to make some graphics with them.

I was watching a Santa Clause, and it came on.
She describes some of the things you can do with an XBOX and sits in with a family while they play...apparently there is a whole series!

Example:

There are also a few different commercials floating around.
The YouTube page (The Official XBox One?) tags it with "glee" and "sue Sylvester"
So maybe they are sponsoring the show now?

I've made pasta a few times before, but this time I cut it by hand and thought it very pretty:

Hand cut pasta

Such a wonderfully simple food.

Jane Lynch success provides inspiration
by Mary McNamara - Nov. 29, 2009 12:00 AM
Los Angeles Times

HOLLYWOOD - Jane Lynch is having a very big year, and it's tempting to believe that this is a sign that things soon will be turning around for the rest of us. The Dow will regain its previous high, the ozone layer will close, Congress will pass health-care legislation of which everyone approves, the entire U.S. population will learn how to pronounce "nuclear" - all will be right with the world. Because many of us have doted on Lynch for years, it's about time she hit the mainstream.

First there was "Glee," Fox's buzzed-about musical comedy that sent its well-received test episode to TV screens this summer and officially premiered last month. As Sue Sylvester, the Amazon queen of McKinley High's cheerleading squad, Lynch has managed to steal the show without singing a note. Journey? Who needs your stinkin' Journey?

This was in our local paper this morning. So glad it was online. Easier than scanning a newspaper. :)

In the last episode(hairography), there is a part where Quinn is talking about her whole Finn/Puck dilemma. While she is talking, the camera moves on to Finn, and he is doing an impression of a dinosair, at least, thats what I think it looks like. I really want a picture of that, a GIF would be even better. can anyone help? Thank you very much=]

* I would put this all under a cut if I was aware of how to do it

**here is some ninja Finn for your enjoyment

Title: Miniature Disasters and Minor Catastrophes (Part 1)
Characters: Katie, Emily, Naomi, JJ
Rating: M (for language)
Words: 3490
Summary: Naomi and Emily break up, Katie is generally unsympathetic but completely awesome.
Disclaimer: Not my characters

A/N: This is unbeta'd so any mistakes are all mine. Title from KT Tunstall 'Miniature Disasters'.

I've been worrying about this for ages; technically I feel like this chapter should really be two chapters, but for the sake of the story I feel like its better to go with one, but then I don't know again. I'm still not sure if it feels right, but I decided to just get on with it.
This chapter itself is also the longest non-academic thing that I've written, um, ever, and I have at least another four to write if the story is going the way I have it planned, so I really hope the pacing works as I'm stressing about it!
