Goldfish are very tasty snacks. The cheddar cracker variety, that is. I always loved them, until they started to imprint them with FACES. Eh, am I the only one that finds that disturbing? When the faces first premiered a few years ago, I just chalked it up to the "cutesy" effect that many kids' snack companies use - if tiny goldfish shaped crackers are cute, then tiny goldfish shaped crackers with faces are cuter, right? But the commercial I saw today confirmed my suspicion that there was a darker motivation...
