Personality:
Rena is normally a very happy person probably because she has led such a simple life. She's kind and cares about people she's close to, even complete strangers. She only notices or tries to find the good qualities of people. Rena is often thought of as weak and timid when someone first sees her, but she is actually a very strong-willed and determined person. While she isn't bad at fighting physically, she's much better suited to healing and protecting others with magic. Rena has showed in the game, also, that she is willing and curious to learn and is optimistic about everything. It's not very hard to make her jealous or upset though.

Rena has lived on the planet Expel for her entire life so far. She has been wondering about where she really comes from since she was found in the woods one day and adopted. Rena was living a very carefree existence, even with the Sorcery Globe being a source of terror recently on the planet, until Claude came into her life. Claude saved her and she joined him on a journey to help him find a way back to wherever he came from. She believed him to be the legendary hero and hoped that somehow he would save their planet from the Sorcery Globe.
After traveling across Expel and meeting various people that would join them in their journey, Rena finally learned an awful truth at the Sorcery Globe. She was the only person on Expel that had her unique appearance and healing abilities because she was from another world. Rena learned from the Wise Men that she was actually from the planet Nede, a very advanced planet that destroyed other worlds for their resources. Expel was in danger more quickly because she had a certain key that speed up the process, so it was partially her fault even if she was on Expel completely by accident!
After Rena and the others fled Expel after it's destruction and wound up on Energy Nede, she only learned more unbelievable truths about herself. When facing the Wise Men again on Energy Nede they revealed that the only way she could have been on Expel, since Nede is locked meaning no one can enter or leave, is that she is actually from the past. The original Nede of millions of years in the past. Later, Rena learns that they weren't lying and her mother saved her by sending her away in a experimental teleportation device.
While Rena is shaken by learning all these heavy truths, she and the others still go and defeat the Wise Men and return to Expel which has been restored by a time distortion that fixed everything. In the end, Rena returns with Claude to Earth. Rena learns about the Ergheiz school a few years after and decides to attend out of her curiosity to learn!
