so this weekend was basically awesome.
went to gregfest on friday. then eric and i took a break from gregfest and i went swimming at my house. went back and enjoyed some effing great bands (trophy scars, paulson, etc). when it ended eric and i went back to my house to watch DEGRASSI and INSTANT STAR! another intense episode night. good though.
yesterday i worked until 2. then the real adventure began. eric and i had tickets for the Country Music Festival with kenny chesney, keith urban, and gretchen wilson. so we left around 230 to go because it started at 330. we had directions and thought we were set. you just follow 95 south to foxboro, right? WRONG. it took us about 3 hours to get there. we ended up in the cape, milton, freaking i dont even know, arizona or somewhere. we took every exit 9 in freaking massachusetts. and of course the last exit 9 we took was the right one. it was such an adventure. i never knew i wanted to explore massachusetts for some hours of my life, but i guess i did. so we eventually got there, got our tickets and went to our killer seats in the very front section of the floor. it was good. met up to talk to my loves, lorna cait and jordan!, and then we just enjoyed the concert. went on a hunt for the "i thin your tractor's sexy" shirt but no luck. saw an outrageously large amount of smashed people all spilling their drinks and fighting and going crazy. it was so good though. i had an awesome time with my lovely eric. then we sat in traffic for like 45 minutes and realized we only had like 30 miles until we ran out of gas. so we took a billion exits trying to find a gas station that was open. saw one on the opposite side of the highway so had to do a lot of turning around. finally we went home. long night, got home at like 1. but it was awesome.
woke up groggy and tired to go to where else, but work. worked with jacqui and patrick and it was slow so it was good. now i'm about to go lay in the sun and relax. listen to my god dang country music.
hanging out with sheila tonight i think. yay i love her!
Love,
Courtney
