I've not been very frequent lately, and for that I apologize. Life has been pretty hectic lately.

I have to write a beat poem by Monday..I have no idea what I'm going to write about.

SOO....

Last night Joni goes to a party I wasn't sure was going to be a good idea. She said she'd be home at about 7:30...I called every ten minutes after 7:00pm. No answer. I dont know what happened. There were guys there, guys neither of us knew, guys i'm sure who hit on her. I'm starting to get that she is putting herself in situations to hurt me. i hope she sees it hurting. i dont go to parties unless she's going to be there, or there are no people of the opposite sex she doesn't know, you know? i'm ready to suffer some flack from this post, and i know i probably shouldn't worry, but this isn't the first time she's gone to a party, and say she'd "try" and call me. i'll just call her tonight and find out what's going on.

The Show Last Night

The show last night was great. It was pretty much just local punk bands, playing at 247 in Gadsden. I hung out with Owen and Bowen and Drew and Patrick from Suburban Skies last night. Owen gave me a free demo. I'm listening to it now, the music is good, production value...not so much. Even though the show was The Regans' Album Release party and the launch of Fat Azian Records, Suburban Skies was the best band there. They did well, playing "Whiney Little Emo Bitch" as the second song, because Drew broke a guitar string and they had to play a song that he didn't play guitar in. They also played Weezer's "Say It Ain't So" and Goldfinger's "99 Red Balloons". This was the best show I've been to. Last, but definately not least, they sang a song about George Dubya, and it was great. Patrick had a part where he sait "What a Bunch of fucking shit" in the mic. It was cool. Then Drew stuck the mic in the crowd and let us sing. To top it all off, Owen went crowdsurfing and continued to play bass. Bowen did a great job beatin' the skins as well. This was all around a great show. I wish Joni could have seen what real punk sounds like.

This Weekend

This weekend was great, so let us start where it started, Friday after school.

I had to go to District Festival at Wallace Hall right after school to perform. Our School did very well. We got two 1's and a 1+. After that, I left with my parents to take me to Mercy Hill to set up for the Hardcore show that night. We set up and everyone seemed nervous, because it was nearing 7 and no other bands were there. My girlfriend Joni showed up right before the first band went on. At 7 A Bullet For Juliet performed and had the biggest pit all night. After them Harlot's Faith, my band, went on. We performed our 5 songs and got off. Everyone hated us. No one danced, no one cheered. I still had fun performing, all though It was dissapointing. We had a large pit, but no one was in it...lol. Joni gave me my Valentine's Day gift ( a hand made card, a drawing [it's beautiful] and some buttons; my favorite of which stating I <3 Smart Chicks.) She recieved a necklace and card from me.
That night after the show we went to Huddle House. We expected to pay for our own food, but the Youth Pastor Shane walked in and discreetly paid for them for us. This made Tyler mad...lol. After that, we went to Wall Mart in Atalla to buy Saw, which we never did buy. We stayed there untill about 3 in the morning. While we were in the lobby-ish thingy out front, this woman with HUGE brests walked by... She was all saggy and such...it was all kinds of gross. (She was wearing no "support").
I went home the next day from Brandon's house pretty early so I could go to the flea market. All I bought was a Button that said "Labor Supports Clinton and Gore in '92". I liked it, so I bought it for $5.
Later that day I drove my mum to Wall Mart. All I bought was Underoath's "They're Only Chasing Safety". It's a pretty good album, but not as good as their previous one "The Changing of Times".

That was this weekend, and I'm about to leave to Ty's house to play some video games, because that's what we do.

Much has changed since my last post. I joined a Hardcore band since then. We have a gig this friday at Mercy Hill at 7 if you could all come out. I cannot wait till then. Our name is Harlot's Faith. We have only practiced once...heh. We will practice non-stop this week (after school of corse). Joni will get to come to the show, hopefully. I will give her the Valetnine's Day gift I got for her. It's hard to believe, but this is the first Valentine's Day I've ever had a girlfriend. It's strange. It's always seemed a cursed day for me, but not this year. I'm very happy.

I hope everyone else's weekend was as good as mine, although I don't know how It could have been. I went to MercyFest at Mercy Hill on Friday with Not Gay Ty. I met both guitar players from MyChildren MyBride. I was in sooo much pain the next morning because of the long night of moshing, hardcore dancing, and headbanging. My neck and sholders are killing me. I got tackled and twisted my wrist the wrong way during the FIRST BAND...bleh.That night Ty and I stayed up untill 4:30 writing music, some of the stuff we wrote was...interesting. It sounded somewhat like Pantera (not a bad thing at all). Our only problem is we didn't have a drummer to write with.

The next day I had to go fishing with my parents at like....ten in the morning. I was in so much pain...but who says that's a bad thing. I always say, it wasn't a good show unless you wake up and are in pain! But the fact of the matter is I had to go fishing, for 6 hours. By the time I got home, I was ready to rest. As soon as I sat down, I got a phone call. IT WAS JONI! She said her dad was going to bring her down here to see a movie. That was awesome. I hardly ever get to see her and, frankly, I needed to. It was a great night, and I sat beside Matt Mercier and his ladyfriend during the movie. I think I ruined their makeout session, and I felt sorry for that.

Now my only problem is..well...I'm hoping Ty and his girlfriend are okay. He wasn't very happy on Friday because of...well...stuff. I really hope everything is okay with them.

How effing cool was that? I'll bet you can't beat that!

Plans for the weekend...Plus the day in review.

Today was a normal day, tons of going over stuff I already learned. I did have a test in A.P. Algebra 2. It was simple. Ty St.Clair and I decieded to start a band, we spent most of the day decieding on songs to cover. We went from "Organizized" by Powerman 5000 to "Cherry Pie" by Winger, or "Hot For Teacher" by Van Halen. We also brainstormed for band names, the best of which (in my opinion) is Cleptomaniac's Wet Dream, but Lance vetoed the title. That was pretty much all I did today in school.

This weekend, instead of going to Dad's, I am going to Ty's basketball game, then to MercyFest at Mercy Hill Methodist. Seraphim is playing (woohoo). Ty really wanted to go to that show, so did I.

That's about it.

Crazy Events...

Today has been a normal day, until I got home and got online...but first let me bring you back a few days to set up the humor....

I first started posting on the [adultswim] message boards. I subscribed to all the threads I posted on, thinking nothing of it...boy will I never do that again.
Today I checked my email and....to my suprise...I had 628 emails! SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT!!! That, if I may say so myself, is a S**TLOAD!
It Gets worse.

as i am about half way through downloading the effing notifications, my internet shuts off, and when I sign back on....IT STARTS OVER...

gawd...I hope everyone learns from this little mistake of mine and... gets a good laugh!

First day back to school!

I'm home from my first day of school...IT WAS GREAT!!!
I got to my first block class, and we took a test. I know what you thinking, "A Test on the first day back?" It was a simple test on showing the teacher how much we know. I missed my Not Gay Ty (there are two Tys in my inner circle, this one doesn't act like a fr00tbat). He was in N'Awlans at that Bowl game. My dad was there too. But, yea, he'll be back tomorrow.
After I got home from school, I started playing video games (Champions of Norrath fyi), and I had no idea I was so close to the end. I beat it this afternoon. The final boss battle was HORRIBLE, untill I got online and found a simple strategy for beating him, but that is irrelivent.
I am going to call Joni around 8, after she gets home from Baton.

Enjoy yourself why you can, you won't know when the time comes that you have nothing more to enjoy. (ponder that one)

Sleepy...

Oh my goodness, I got no sleep last night! I stayed up from about midnight to 5 this morning watching Battle for Ozzfest on tv. It is quite interesting. When I woke up (at 11 this morning, haha) I had to clean the house with my mom. At least I didn't go out fishing with my stepdad at 8, or I would be asleep NOW! About ten minutes, an...aquantance of mine *coughs*amy*coughs* calls me and continues to barage me with questions about Joni. She wants my body...but she can't have it! It's so funny. I belong to only one person...plus, Amy is a skankface who would take any swingin' dong off the street that would have her...but that's enough about her.

I did survive last night at Joni's bonfire (and I love my Calligraphy set!). I think next New Year's Eve will be better, for I'll be able to drive and won't have parents breating down my neck. Or our necks, if I have friends with me. (points to Joni). I had a tremendous time and I hope everyone else's was just as good, and safe!

Tonight I get to see Joni! I'm very excited. There is a smile on my face that couldn't be erased by an art gum eraser. I hope everyone out there has a great New Year's eve/day!

Yesterday I spent the rest of my Christmas money. I got two albums: Bright Eyes' "Lifted, or The Story in the Soil, Keep Your Ear to the Ground" and Cursive's "The Ugly Organ". I had been meaning to buy these albums a long while ago, but just now have the money. I also bought some clothes and some new ties and a new belt. I also bought something else for Joni that I will post on here tomorrow because she might read this before I give it to her.

Have a good time on New Year's, and, please, if you drink, dont drive.
