LOCAL HOCKEY STARTS WEDNESDAY omfg [06 Oct 2008|08:26am] piccalo omg we got the CUTEST portraits taken of liam on saturday. it was his 6 month birthday. SO CUTE. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE. i love that baby. i love my kids. my three sons. liam has been waking up at around 2am and again at 5am. EVERY night. ugh. i'm sure it's his teeth, or just his new schedule. needless to say, i'm getting no sleep, but that's ok. he's only little once. i plan on being sleep deprived til he's at least 5, unless i have more kids, and then it will last til they are 5. i have total patience with him, but sleep would be nice. noah is going through puberty and his emotions are all over the map. he's growing up too soon, yet still my baby. he still says little kid things, yet talks about "balls" and such. trying to be cool. speaking of balls, liam has discovered his own wee wee. grabs it and smiles. typical boy. :) nik, my oldest, is in two bands, both of which are SO good. he's really proud and focused on music. he always has been, but it's good to see him so energized from this new band. i LOVE his other band so much, i hope i love the new one as much. my job is so stressful it makes me want to cry. and the non-stop headaches are wearing me down. MONDAY. happy day to all of you! :D \o/ post comment

typing one handed! [02 Oct 2008|07:51pm] piccalo noah hasnt been in a sport since baseball all-stars. so. tis hockey season. we were all set to sign back up for hockey and the other day he took a nap after school...(!) and woke up with an epiphany. he said: i think i want to get back into gymnastics! hockey is like $700 so i told him, if you are doing hockey i want you to be committed to it, no excuses not to go. we gave him a choice, gymnastics or hockey. here is liam: xrthy vvgfygftfvgf66r5tr542degftyvgthrdf4ye11 to do both sports is too much time and he'll probably move into team competitive gymnastics sooner rather than later. he chose gymnastics. he quit last year right when he advanced to team. his hands were torn apart from rings and bars and his groin was sprained from overextension. burned out. but he still has the desire...so back to the gym we go!!! post comment

:( [29 Sep 2008|01:24pm] piccalo my beloved pig chubby died. this is the first post i made about him, last summer... i thought he was a girl at first. god i'm so sad, i got home for lunch and derek said, here take liam you are going to need a hug. i said, why what happened? he said, pig. :( he had him in a box with fluff and timothy hay and wrote a sweet note on the box, i'm crying typing this. we changed his fluff last night and when derek picked him up he kind of screamedsqueaked, not the typical sound. i know derek didnt hurt him, i think maybe he wasnt feeling well and picking him up didnt help. he didnt eat any of his lettuce we put in there after his house was cleaned, i knew something was up with him last night but i thought he was breathing fast bc he was picked up. i didnt have as much time for him since liam's been born, i feel so guilty. i'd pet him every day and love him but i felt like he was in his cage alone too much. he died alone and that breaks my heart. rest in peace pig chubby. we miss you already. 5 comments|post comment
