anyone have any tips to avoid hair dye fading. i had a 'bleach bath' at the hairdresers to get the very dark brown out of my hair a few months ago.. i put perfect 10 light chocolate on my hair and it was gorgeous. however, its faded to a really light red now in just three weeks! i used brilliant brunette shampoo and a normal conditioner.. but doesnt seem to be working.. i do wash my hair is warmish water and i heard cold water is better? i know that where they bleached it obviously its not going to hold onto colour very well, but is there any good hair dyes anyone uses ? i currently use clairol and its a bit rubbish.. so was thinking of trying garnier nutrisse, as i heard good things about it. lastly because of the bleach my hair is very dry at the ends any good hair masks you surgest?

Where to begin...right. Well I have met MY DREAM MAN at work. He's a doctor, I'm a nurse (bring on the lolz) I've been lusting over him some time but last night after a bit of FB chat he's decided to come out with me and a colleague and some friends from other departments on Friday night, he also gave me his phone number which I didn't even realise he did until re-reading back the convo.

He's Spanish, though you wouldn't know cause of his accent is pure English but I'm kinda wanting some Spanish words of wisdom I could possibly (and drunkenly) say to him Friday night.
