| Bio: | One might call me a fortunate lad. I'd call myself a lucky bastard. I was born on September 21, 1965 in Marrickville, Sydney in Australia. (New South Wales to be exact). I come from a family which includes five sisters and one brother, making me the youngest of seven kids. I recieved both a Film Critics' Circle of Australia Nomination and an Australian Film Institute nomination for my role in The Boys, a film I helped produce. In all, the film recieved thirteen AFI nominations. Although I am best known for my role as Diver Dan in the tv series Seachange, I have won AFI awards for Best Actor in both Simone De Beauvoir's Babies and Twisted Tales, two tv dramas that helped my fame and popularity as an actor rise. I'm also quite the theater star as well. I have had roles in Hamlet, The Headbutt, Cosi, and The Tempest with Belvoir Street Theatre, Art and Tartuffe with the Sydney Theatre Company, and That Eye the Sky with Burning House. I even starred in the theatrical version of The Boys with the Griffin Theatre. This past December, I starred in The Two Towers as Faramir, the character whom is the youngerbrother of Boromir (played by Sean Bean in Fellowship of the Ring). Based on the popular trilogy of J.R.R Tolkien and directed by Peter Jackson, The Two Towers includes such stars as Ian McKellen, Elijah Wood, Viggo Mortensen, Sean Astin, and Chrisopher Lee. I will also appear in the third film, Return of the King, this coming December. Another film I will be starring in is the well-expected Van Helsing.
