Adobe is a little more difficult to learn than PSP, but once you get the hang of it, it's awesome. I used to use PSP but I haven't in years, so I wouldn't know what the hell I was doing in that, lol. I'd definitely recommend Adobe though. It's the only thing I use.

Erm, I have no idea. It's really damn expensive though. I just downloaded it off Kazaa, lol. It took like 17 hours but it was worth it. XD
