Jessica Chastain & Her Italian Count In Cannes
Inviting her man along for the festivities, Jessica Chastain stepped out of the Eden Roc hotel during the Cannes Film Festival on Sunday (May 19). The "Zero Dark Thirty" star looked gorgeous in a knee-length green dress and gray short jacket as she held the arm of beau Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo. Currently, the 36-year-old actress is filming one of her many upcoming projects, "Miss Julie." With herself in the title role, the film tells the story of an unsettled daughter of the Anglo-Irish aristocracy in 1890 who encourages her father's valet to seduce her. Directed by Liv Ullmann, other cast members joining Ms. Chastain are Colin Farrell and Samantha Morton. ‘Last Vegas’ Trailer: Senior Citizens’ ‘Hangover’
Paddy, Archie, Billy, and Sam have been fast friends since the 1950s. Now enjoying their retirement years, the gang gets back together for a celebration when permanent bachelor Billy finally gets engaged. Last Vegas follows the hijinks that ensue as four men in their 60s go out and paint the town red.Director Jon Turteltaub (The Sorcerer’s Apprentice) directs Last Vegas from a screenplay by Adam Brooks (Definitely, Maybe) and Dan Fogelman (Crazy, Stupid Love). The movie is headlined by Academy Award-winning actors (yup) Morgan Freeman, Robert De Niro, Michael Douglas, and Kevin Kline.This first preview of Last Vegas gives us little – if any – actual plot to chew on. Since this is only a teaser trailer, it makes sense that the filmmakers would want to build hype with only shots of aging, big-name actors tearing it up in Las Vegas. That said, one wishes that the trailer consisted of more than just a series of rapidly edited shots, disconnected comedic stingers, and one mildly funny scene of Freeman getting plastered on Red Bull and vodka. For the moment, we’ll have to be satisfied with the vague idea that there will soon by a booze-soaked, debauchery-promising comedy starring some of Hollywood’s best-known and respected actors. No doubt future trailers will (hopefully) flesh out Last Vegas‘s story and convince audiences that it isn’t just a Grown Ups-style compilation of recognizable faces hanging out together – a geriatric version of The Hangover, Wild Hogs Hangover – you get the idea….  "The X Factor" is upping the sexy factor -- TMZ has learned Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio are signing on to be judges for next season. Sources connected to FOX tell TMZ the pair are in final negotiations to join the show ... with only minor details left to be hammered out before they sign on. We're told the deals will be done in the next few days, possibly as early as tomorrow. Rowland and Rubio would be replacing Britney Spears and L.A. Miley Cyrus is growing up right before our very eyes.
Earlier in the week, VIBE hit the red carpet at the MAXIM Hot 100 party in Hollywood where a glam Cyrus walked the red carpet after being crowned the top spot on the hot chick list. We casually asked her who she thought deserved the Number One spot. The 20-year-old singer's reply? Rihanna. She then went off on the Bajan singer's tongue-swaggering hotness. "She's, like, so hot," Cyrus said. (Rihanna was No. 3 on MAXIM's 2013 Hot 100 list.)
Maybe we were a little tired, or it was all the light bulbs flashing, but the way Cyrus described Rihanna warranted our next question: Would you make out with her? (Because, truthfully, who wouldn't, right?) Cyrus' coy answer ..."You know, we'll see...It depends."
Today, Cyrus, who's reportedly engaged to Liam Hemsworth, changes her mind. In reply to VIBE's tweet -- "MileyCyrus would kinda, maybe, "it depends" make out with Rihanna -- Cyrus tweeted out the following awesome zinger.

Chris Evans In Talks To Become One Of The Ten O’Clock People
 Stephen King’s cinematic universe has got a busy year ahead. Under The Dome lands on our TV screens this summer, feature-length Cell has bagged John Cusack and now The Ten O’Clock People might have secured a lead. Chris Evans, aka Captain America is now in talks to take the lead in this latest King feature. The project was announced last year. Those last twelve months have seen the film gain and then lose Justin Long, who dropped out of the project due to scheduling conflicts. Should Evans sign on, he’d assume the role of Brandon Pearson. A smoker, Pearson tries to quit for the good of his health. In the process of quitting, he discovers a terrible secret: people in positions of power are actually revolting monsters in disguise. Due to a chemical imbalance caused only when he has a cigarette on his morning break (hence the title) he is gifted with the ability to witness people’s true visages. They Live immediately springs to mind when surveying the premise. Sure, no one smoked in that film to see the true horror lurking behind the faces of strangers, but the idea is eerily similar. Based on King’s short story of the same name from his Nightmares And Dreamscapes collection, Tom Holland signed on last summer to direct. He’s in his element with another King adaptation, as he has twice collaborated with the author. He penned and directed Thinner and the made-for-TV, The Langoliers. They’re not the finest examples of King’s writing brought to the screen, but they’re not the worst either (Maximum Overdrive, anyone?) He has however got two genre classics on his resume – Child’s Play and the original Fright Night were both written and directed by him. Expect a confirmation over Evans’ role and further casting announcements, as The Ten O’Clock People is set to shoot this autumn in Atlanta. Source |

 If there's one thing we know about Directioners, it's that they're creative. But forget flashmobs and hiding in bins as One Direction fans are never more creative than when it comes to writing an elaborate and often fairly filthy fan fiction starring the lads. Stone Temple Pilots try...something with the guy from Linkin Park
 (LOS ANGELES) – Fans attending KROQ’s annual Weenie Roast over the weekend got a real surprise when Stone Temple Pilots took the stage unannounced, for a blistering set with Chester Bennington of Linkin Park as lead vocalist. The crowd went wild as the band performed STP classics like ‘Sex Type Thing’ and ‘Vasoline’ and also debuted a brand new song, “Out of Time”– the recording of which KROQ premiered immediately following the band’s explosive 40 minute set. When Stone Temple Pilots band members, Dean DeLeo, Robert DeLeo and Eric Kretz began thinking of singers to accompany the new music they were working on, Bennington was at the top of the list. “Chester has a one-of-a-kind voice that we’ve admired for a long time,” said Dean DeLeo. “We know Linkin Park will always be his priority, but we thought it would be cool to try something together. We managed to find the time to record a song and we’re all really happy with the result.” “I’ve loved STP since I was 13 years old and they’ve had a huge influence on me,” explained Bennington. “When the opportunity came up to do something creative with them, I jumped at the chance. Star Trek Into Darkness Falls Short of Box Office Expectations, Earns 70.6 Million
Star Trek Into Darkness has soared into the light. The J.J. Abrams sci-fi sequel rocked this weekend's box office, landing in the top spot with $70.6 million. Although the film fell short of expectations of a $90 million plus weekend, it did manage to end Iron Man 3's three-week reign at No.1, pushing the action flick to the second spot at $35.2 million.And in spite of a lower box office total, Iron Man 3 is still doing phenomenal, considering it has officially passed the billion-dollar worldwide mark.
