Last week of school is always crazy.

Tuesday was Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk day for the entire upper school.
Today was 6th and 7th grade award ceremony.
Tomorrow is the yearbook signing party.
Friday is graduation and dance. I am signed up for the dance and am not looking forward to it. The first year was kind of interesting as I got to see my students in a social situation that was not in the classroom. Now it is the most painful three hours ever.

After Friday it is all over for the summer. Now, if I could just find a summer job everything would be great.

Too bad I did not see you. Although I am not suprised considering how many people were there. It would have been great to have seen you.

I was just thinking about you and the end-of-year theme park madness you get to survive every year. I hope the dance isn't too bad. Besides having to deal with the kids in a social situation outside the classroom, I imagine it can't be pretty to watch pre-teenage hearts get stomped on. Or maybe that was just the dances at my school...

I haven't heard from you guys lately, but I want you to know that I miss you terribly, and I think of you quite often. I'd love to come hang out sometime soon. I just realized I forgot to wish you happy anniversary! Some priestess I am. ;)
