Long time, No update.

Ok so the Junos were last night. They were good, Pam Anderson was not. Anyone who watched would know. She was not worth whatever they paid her. Buck 65 was great. The opening with the seal comment...get over it. She took the leather gift bag and was wearing her sheepskin uggs so she can't care to much about the animals. Plus she just a stupid idiot. They asked her in her press conferance who her fav Canadian artist was. She said Coldplay. I thought her and Chris Martin were good friends? Does she not here his British acent? Ben Mulroney was so tan and full of makeup. He looked east indian he was so golden brown. But the show it's self was good. Coldplay was awesome so were Hedley. It started out as a bad day but really glad I went.

I had red carpet tickets on hold. Was told to pick them up at 3:30pm. So the plan was to get some dinner, go to the carpet at 6. We get there at 2:30 and there is a line up so we got in line and waited till something to 4 before it started moving. It was freezing cold and raining Trish was still sick so we were all misrable. Then staff told us once we get the ticket we need to go right to the red carpet and we can't leave. Plus no food or drink. We would have been outside for almost 5 hrs in the cold and rain. We were hungry, so we got out of line and were not allowed back in. So I didn't get to be on the red carpet. CTV sucks. So we went to Cheers for dinner and Live 25 was there doing their broadcast. It was cool we got to watch the whole thing and it was warm. Then at 6 we went out and we did get to see the carpet. we were on the sidewalk behind where the cars pull up. When the artists got out they had their backs to us, but you could probally see us on the TV. Then after an hr we went in and got our seats. Fanfare on saturday sucked to. They gave away 2000 bracelets and it was from 11-4. So we figured we would go in the afternoon. Nope if you weren't there at 11 you couldnt get in. even the ppl with braclets that were garenteed. They didn't annouce that until that morning. I'm sure it was great for the ppl that did make it, but who wants to stand in line for 4 hrs to maybe get an autograph. But overall it was good. The music was awesome. the juno Cd is great.

But I'm glad to finally be home and sleep in my own bed, and see my dog. She was so excited when I got home. I thought she might take flight her tail was going so fast. lol

Hola, I just got home from spending 2 days at my sister's house. Very long ride home. I gotta start taking my car down. Save an 1hr and 1/2. There were so many ppl on the bus coming home. But I fell asleep by the airport and woke up in NG.

Anyways we went down to try on dresses and get a start on the brides maid thing. Really the only thing we got was the color. Clover. A very nice green color. We have decided to go with 2 piece dresses. More flattering and you can buy the top nad bottom in different sizes. We all got measured. Very funny shapes we have... my chest and hips are 2 sizes smaller then my waist? So how funny do I look? lol I don't think so someone messed up there. But whatever. Now we are just waiting for Kath to try some on in Fredricton and let us know what she thinks before we order.

But it was a good weekend. We went to eat at Montanas. Great food, alot of food we all took home trays. Last night I went to a Fantashia party. Patricia's old roommate was having it. Very fun I must say. At the end of the night there was about 25 drunk and now horny girls ready to go to the bar. Lot's of interesting stuff they had to play with and eat. lol

I finally got high speed internet. Thank god. Things are so much faster now. I love it.

I just noticed, that I forgot to write about my New Years. O.o Well it was nothing special. It was good. didn't really do much. Ate and stayed home , watched Ryan Seacrest drop the ball and then went to bed. The joys of being old and needing sleep.

His stash of 28 new and vintage Gibsons provides a full arsenal of guitar sounds for the artists who record in the new studio, which he built with musician and producer Jude Cole..

KIEFER SUTHERLAND'S RECORDING STUDIO, IRONWORKS, HOUSES PASSION FOR GIBSON GUITARS.
By Michelle Nikolai

Kiefer Sutherland, star of the Fox TV hit series "24," has been collecting Gibson guitars for over 20 years, and now he's putting them to work in his new recording studio, Ironworks. His stash of 28 new and vintage Gibsons provides a full arsenal of guitar sounds for the artists who record in the new studio, which he built with musician and producer Jude Cole.

"I don't play in a band, and I didn't build the studio so I could make a vanity record," Sutherland explained. "Jude and I built it together, and it was really to start a label that was going to help young artists that might not be able to find their way in what is becoming a very shrinking corporate music industry and try and make records for them, and either get them out independently or actually use the distribution apparatus of a major."

Ironworks Studio is housed in a historic ironworks foundry in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles; a bohemian suburb that attracts young, artistic hopefuls from all over the world . "Even as people have found success in what they're doing, they've ended up staying because there's such a fantastic community here, and it's lent a great kind of vibe to the studio," Sutherland said.

"We just want to make records and try to figure out how to get them out there."

The studio is managed by top-notch guitar tech "Captain" Mark Somgynari, and it's operating five to six days a week, 12 hours a day. "We don't rent the studio out," Sutherland said. "It's literally for bands that we have developed and that we're finding. It's unbelievable how many fantastic bands there are out there that are just not being heard. We just want to make records and try to figure out how to get them out there."

Guitars first enthralled Sutherland as boy growing up in Toronto. He took violin lessons as a 5-year-old, but his older brother's record collection turned him on to the guitar rock and roll of Boston, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young and Deep Purple. He begged his mom (actress Shirley Douglas) to let him study guitar, and she promised if he worked at the violin very hard for one more year, she'd buy him a guitar. Mom made good on her promise and gave her musically precocious 12-year-old a classical guitar. He took classical lessons with Liona Boyd's teacher, but would also grab a lesson here and there from other folks who taught him how to transpose what he was learning to rock and roll. He took up his other passion, hockey, when he was 5, thanks to his parents' desire to expose their children to a variety of opportunities (his father, of course, is actor Donald Sutherland).

"We're finding out now, music is such an important part of a young person's education."

"We're finding out now, music is such an important part of a young person's education," he said. "There are so many correlations to how a child studies math and how a child plays music. And we're finding as we're closing down so many of the musical classrooms in our public schools, that certain areas in young people's academics are just dropping through the floor."

"I think parents of the '60s generation were very astute in knowing that the more you can expose a young person to, the better chance they have at learning a wide variety of things."

At 14, after he received a couple of Christmas presents that he wasn't too thrilled about, he pawned them for a Gibson Sonex because he thought the guitar looked cool with its space-age resin body. "It was as light as a potato chip," Kiefer recalled. "It was almost like a Les Paul Jr. but with some kind of... it wasn't Teflon, but it looked like it almost, some very weird kind of body material and two double-coil pickups."

"My whole mood or sense can change by virtue of the music that I'm listening to."

He was in several amateur bands while in school, with admittedly bad names like Broken Glass and Insani Annie and the Crippled Christians. As he pursued acting seriously he gave up playing for a while, but when his career took off his love of music was rekindled. "It really dictates a lot about my life, how I view things and feel things," he explained thoughtfully. "My whole mood or sense can change by virtue of the music that I'm listening to. It really does affect me on a visceral and emotional level."

When Cole, his best friend was a struggling musician in the beginning, Sutherland bought him an Arctic White Les Paul Custom. The two began collecting vintage guitars and gear, and Sutherland would send his guitars on the road with his buddy. "When he started to do well, I said, 'Jude, remember all those guitars I lent you? I want them back,'" he laughs. "And then we realized we had amassed really an incredible collection."

His favorite electrics include a '67 ES-335 that faded from cherry to a golden salmon color after a lengthy stay in a storefront window, a '65 SG Special, a '59 Les Paul Reissue that was aged by Gibson finish specialist Tom Murphy, and his Les Paul Juniors and Specials dating from their first years of introduction (1954 and '55, respectively) up to 1959. On the acoustic side, he also loves his John Lennon J-160E, his 2003 Custom Shop SJ-200, and his '63 J-185, though his dog Molly put loving scratches on it.

The wide array of guitars provides players with every sound they need. "We had Mark Goldenberg in, who is just a phenomenal guitar player, and he said the nicest thing about playing here." Sutherland said. "After the first day, he never brought another guitar back, so that's a bonus, I guess."

Other artists who have recorded at Ironworks include Jason Wade from Lifehouse, a new Maverick artist named MoZella, and two acts that Sutherland and Cole are working with: The band Softcore and Rocco Deluca, artists that they're incredibly excited about.

Sutherland still takes guitar lessons, and he tries to learn different styles, integrating the techniques of his favorites players into his own. He works on the chord/two-bar riff/chord style of Jimi Hendrix, and incorporates rhythm and solo playing ala Eric Clapton.

"I try to take as many lessons as possible, because I think it helps me move forward as a player, instead of picking the same terrible thing over and over," he laughed.

Bah. I hate Stereotyping of the rich.
Yeah really all rich people sit out the front of their houses and laugh at the commoners while eating croissants and counting their money bags. Reality check. Maybe some people just went out and made their money through hard work and actually deserve it. So before you say; "Yeah, how about you just give your money to the poor.." Just think, they worked fucking hard for that money and are fucking entitled to it.

I mean come on, seriously. I went to see a movie today, And I didn't bring enough money for lunch before.. So I asked If I could borrow some money off of my friend, and she goes; "But.. I thought you were like, rich." Der. I don't have fucking pockets full of money, SOMETIMES. I know it's hard to believe children. But SOMETIMES rich people can not have money one day. O.o Oh dear god!

Boozed-up 24 star Keifer flat out in hotel lobby after wrecking Xmas tree on 7-hour bender with pals
By Michael Duffy And Emily Miller
NO it didn't take 24 hours...seven was more than enough for Hollywood hellraiser Kiefer Sutherland.

Movie heart-throb Kiefer, 39, who stars in the hit thriller series 24, was laid flat-out on his back on the floor of a hotel lobby after a marathon booze bender with pals.

Moments earlier Sunday Mirror reporters watched in amazement as he charged into a 12ft Christmas tree, sending it crashing to the floor. The party was finally called off at 5.30am by hotel security - when guests starting arriving for BREAKFAST.

Our reporters met up with Kiefer on Thursday evening at London's trendy Borderline club for a gig by rock singer Rocco Deluca, who he's managing.

Kiefer - son of Hollywood great Donald Sutherland - took a shine to our girl Emily when he literally bumped into her at the show. He apologised, saying: "I'm so sorry, so, so, sorry."

Later our reporters joined him and his crew at the modest, £79-per-night Strand Palace Hotel in the West End... where the drinking REALLY began.

He and his band ordered in tray after tray of whisky, beer, gin and wine - all on the star's bill.

Filled with a little too much festive spirit, Kiefer pulled Emily towards him to show off his latest tattoo - a string of mystic symbols on the inside of his forearm.

"Sit down and take a look," he slurred. "It says 'I trust you to kill me'. It's the name of Rocco's new album. To me that also means 'F**k you' - there's a lot of disrespect bound up in it."

At 2am bar staff refused to serve any more alcohol. Undaunted, Kiefer persuaded management to let them loose in the lobby.

He ordered yet more booze on room service, then staggered around the entrance hall, entertaining pals with a bizarre, flailing breakdancing routine.

It was then that a huge Christmas tree caught his eye.

"I hate that f***ing Christmas tree," he declared. "The tree HAS to come down."

Kiefer warned staff: "I'm smashing it - can I pay for it?"

A staff member replied: "I'm absolutely sure you can, sir."

The Lost Boys star - famously ditched by Julia Roberts five days before their wedding in 1991 - then hurled himself into the Norwegian Spruce, sending baubles and lights crashing to the ground. Pulling pine needles out of his hair and t-shirt, he said to a hotel employee: "Ooh sorry about that...you're so cool. This f***ing hotel rocks."

A friend then tried to coax swaying Kiefer to go to bed...but he made a beeline for our team.

Tears welling in his eyes, he revealed how disappointed he was at the half-hearted applause for his band earlier in the evening. "It was b****cks," he said. We've played in a lot of other places and they were going nuts for this sh*t.

"In this world you have to share something with the f***ing band."

Still up for some banter, he lurched up to Australian-born reporter Michael Duffy, shaking him violently by the hand.

He repeatedly addressed him as "You f***ing Aussie c**t". He kissed Michael's close-shaven head before grabbing Emily's hand and stroking her shoulder.

"Oh don't go, don't go," begged Kiefer, now single after splitting from his long-term lover, artist Catherine Bisson, last year. "I've got a crush on you."

When she declined his advances, he stumbled along the halls of the hotel's eighth floor - before eventually finding the door that fitted his key and calling it a night.

http://www.sundaymirror.co.uk/archive/archive/tm_objectid=16536094%26method=full%26siteid=62484-name_page.html

XD This is what I love most about Kiefer, I mean most of you would disagree and say he's too old to pull stunts like this... But I find "this" Hawt in a man. <3

..and now a random fact about Jack Bauer:

LOL.

- The sound of Jack Bauer's voice can impregnate any woman, and even some men.

- Jack Bauer once forgot where he put his keys. He then spent the next half-hour torturing himself until he gave up the location of the keys.

- Jack Bauer doesn't read books. He stares them down until he gets the information he wants.

- The THX sound demo comes from Jack Bauer waking up in the morning.

- Jack Bauer doesn't get shot. He moves in front of bullets when he has an itch.

- A long time ago a man disrespected Jack Bauer; coincidentally, that man was found dead the next day with two bullets in his chest, his hand chopped off, and a towel lodged deep down his throat.

- Congress authorized the minting of a 24 dollar bill with Jack Bauer's picture on it, but the printing machines broke under the stress of his awesomeness.

- Enraged, Jack Bauer once ravaged the Earth in search of pertinent information, sparing only a hundred thousand people on the planet.
A book was written about this tragic day... it is called "Revelation."

- The universe revolves around Jack Bauer's giant fucking balls.

- Instead of tickling Elmo, Jack Bauer shot him.

- The sound of a terrorist being tortured by Jack Bauer will make any baby gurgle with delight.

- Jack Bauer is stronger than heroin.

- Jack Bauer can clap with one hand.

- Many find it hypocritical that the United States is looking for Weapons of Mass Destruction in other countries while we ourselves have a Weapons of Mass Destruction named Jack Bauer.

- In the beginning, there was a being named MacBauer. He was too powerful for his own good, so he was forced to split in half. One half became MacGuyver and the other Jack Bauer. The forces expelled from the split, science refers to as "The Big Bang" that created our universe.
Should Jack Bauer and MacGuyver ever meet, their combined forces would recreate MacBauer and bring our world to a sudden, violent end.

- In a fight against Vin Diesel, Jack Bauer would win with 23 hours & 59 minutes to spare.

- If Jack Bauer was in a room with Hitler, Stalin, and Nina Meyers, and he had a gun with 2 bullets, he'd shoot Nina twice.

- Many people don't realize that "Bauer" is a name of Norwegian descent. It translates loosely to "WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!!"

- Chuck Norris once tried to roundhouse kick Jack Bauer. Before his leg made it half way to Jack's face it was gunned off and Jack was already on his way to castrate Vin Diesel.

- You're either with Jack Bauer or against him. If you're against Jack Bauer, you're either dead or will be soon.

- Jack Bauer doesn't sleep. He absorbs the sleep every person he killed had before he killed them.

- In the summertime, Jack Bauer shoots his own hands and fills up bags with his blood. He then hangs those bags up around the porch to keep mosquitoes away from him and his guests.

- If God was one of us, He would be Jack Bauer.

- Real men torture others into demise. Pussies perform roundhouse kicks.

- When Jack Bauer was tortured by the terrorists in season two, he was humiliated. For his revenge, he tea bagged every terrorist to death.

- Jack Bauer can eat his own head and regurgitate it back into place.

- The grass is always greener on the other side, unless Jack Bauer has been there. In that case the grass is most likely soaked in blood and tears.

- Whenever Jack Bauer goes to McDonalds, he always asks for no pickles on his hamburger. One day, he was given pickles by a cashier. Jack calmly ate his hamburger and walked out of the resturaunt. The next day, the cashier was found hanged from a lamp post so horribly disfigured that the only thing that characterized him as a human was his McDonalds shirt as a warning to all McDonalds employees. The moral of this story is: Jack Bauer fucking hates pickles.

- Jack Bauer once coached his daughter Kim's little league team to the championship game. To motivate the team at the beginning of the game, he was very intense and repeatedly shouted "What is your primary objective?!"

- The day will soon arrive that Jack Bauer's icy stare can cause a human head to explode.

- Jack Bauer loves midgets. He believes their juices keep him alive. Jack Bauer is weird.

- The Bird Flu almost made it to the United States. Luckily Jack Bauer was there to shoot and kill it.

- Jack Bauer doesn't watch TV. TVs watch Jack Bauer.

- Jack Bauer has neither a father nor a mother. He was constructed by the CIA as the result of the Ultimate Weapon project.

- Season 5 of 24 was supposed to be Jack Bauer fighting Chuck Norris and Vin Diesel. This idea was abandoned when Jack defeated them and nothing else could be found to fill the other 23 hours and 59 minutes.

- Jack Bauer once shot a Terrorist plane down with his finger, by yelling, "Bang!"

- When you open a can of whoop-ass, Jack Bauer pops out.

- Jack Bauer's family threw him a surprise birthday party when he was a child. Once.

- Jack Bauer once asked a terrorist who the boss was. The terrorist replied Tony Danza. Outraged, Jack shot ripped the mans intestines out. Tony Danza is a pussy.

- Jack Bauer was never addicted to heroin. Heroin was addicted to Jack Bauer.

- Jack Bauer once walked down the street with a massive erection. There were no survivors.

- While undercover, Jack Bauer once killed 100 babies to prove his loyalty to a terrorist organization, then killed all the terrorists with a pencil and two rolls of Scotch tape.

- When life gave Jack Bauer lemons, he used them to kill terrorists. Jack Bauer fucking hates lemonade.

- Jack Bauer does not know his show runs on the same network as the OC. If he did know, he would rape every last person in the OC. Twice. Especially Seth Cohen.

- Saddam wasn't found by the military. He heard Jack Bauer was coming and turned himself in.

- Jack Bauer has the power to resurrect the dead.
He just always chooses to kill them again for satisfaction of saying he killed them.

- Jack Bauer shouldn't be compared to Jesus. Jack rose from the dead not once, but twice.

- Jack Bauer can eat his own head and regurgitate it back into place.

- Jack Bauer does not sleep. The only rest he needs is what he gets when he's knocked out or temporarily killed.

- The combination of Jack Bauer's yelling and David Palmer's soothing words can put any animal into heat.

- Jack Bauer is so attuned to the minds of terrorists. While searching for terrorists, all Jack has to do is listen to the sounds of a someone on the crapper to know whether he is a terrorist. Jack Bauer also uses this strategy on dates.

- Jack Bauer's son was born way before Jack Bauer. How? The reason is unknown. The only details CTU have uncovered is that he once sacrificed his life to save a tribe of Christians. His name was Jesus Christ.

- Jack Bauer's favorite color is severe terror alert red. His second favorite color is violet, but just because it sounds like violent.

- Jack Bauer was born at the age of 30. Every entry in his address book is simply labeled "Son of a Bitch."

- Everytime Jack Bauer cries, a puppy dies and a women hangs herself.

I know there are more, but I've been at this for over and hour. So please feel free to look through the site yourself and reply to this with more. Much appreciation and love. xx

http://www.notrly.com/jackbauer/

I got these chocolate elfes. Filled with pop rocks. They explode in your mouth. So I'm eating tons of them, and drinking pepsi. My sister says; "what's that urban legand you can't eat pop rocks and pepsi you'll explode?" Yeah well it ain't true.

I was bored yesterday as well. So I went and cut my hair. Not that it was that long anyways but now it's bout inch long all round. I love it. Feel more like me now.

So went to clean my car for work. Full of snow and I somehow broke the good wiper off my car. Snapped the catch. So I was screaming at it and my father asks me whats wrong. So I told him and said I dont need it. It's not raining today. i'll deal with it later. He replys no it'll scratch your window. And I don't care gotta go to work. So he argues. and goes in the house. So I then tried to steal the wiper off his car to use for the afternoon. He caught me, then he asks me if he can put me up for adoption. Yeah no, I've got to many issues. Noone will take me. But good try. So I get up this morning and theres a note "Stef you owe me $27" What for? ok nice new BRIGHT red wipers on my car. They come in pink to.
Ginger bread sucks.

Ok I tried. I bought a gingerbread house kit today. All baked and everything you just mix the frosting and stick it together. Ages 3 and up on the box. Fuck that. It was the messiest hardest thing I ever attempted to make. It's in the compost now. Mixing the frosting no problem. Until th rubber gloves I was wearing stuck to the beaters. I can't explain it. it just happened. So then the box says tye a twist tie round the top of bag to tighten it. I couldn't find one. So I went without. Not a big deal. Yes it was. Ok when you squeeze the bag to make it come out the botton, it also comes out the top, and over onto everything. Plus the frosting was too runny, so the goddahmed thing wouldn't stick. My roof kept coming off. and Jemma ate a little man that fell on the floor. So myself covered in frosting and pissed off I threw it out. When I was all done, Mom says to me.. "see why I never bought them before" yeah thanks. Like to see a 3 yr old do this. So tomorrow I'll try something a little easier. That does not require wax or parchmant paper.
