A/N: Happy birthday Lily! (I hope you wont read this lol). I hope you like it! It was supposed to be a drabble but it seems to be more like a one shot :D I think everyone know already this but here I go again, English isn't my first language so mind the typos if theres some. Thanks to bluemoon_1 who was awesome like always for helping me!



- "More drinks! More drinks! More drinks!." I laugh at someones attemp to joke about Skins. I go to the bar counter and tell the bartender to make Vodka 7 for me. Some people I don't recognise come to congratulate me for my birthday. I exchange few words with them and when they leave I look around to see who have already arrived then decide to go outside for a smoke. While passing people I can hear my friends and boyfriend yelling after me and asking where I'm going and that the party is inside and not outside. I laugh at them and lift my cigarette to them to see and continue going. I open the door and step outside. I can feel the wind on my face and I took a deep breath. - "Alone at last." I think out loud. It's not like I don't like the party or anything but I have been surrounded by people the whole day so being alone for few minutes are welcome. I lift the cigarette to my lips and light it and inhale the toxic smoke. I lean against the wall and close my eyes for a second. I finish the smoke and throw it to the ground and then turning to face the door. Before I manage to open the door my phone rings. I lift it and answer. - "Yes?Hey..Hello..." I stutter. It's Kat. Why does she make me stutter. Jesus. I do not stutter and that's a fact. - "Lily you there?" -" Yeah! Sorry about that. What did you say again?" She laughs at me. - "Where's the party? I know you told me it last weekend but we were kinda drunk and then I..." Oh shit! The drunk talk we had last Saturday. I totally forget it and now this is going to be just akward thinking about it. If I wouldn't have been so drunk I might have not had the balls to invite her to the party. - "Lily, what's going on?" I notice I haven't said anything for awhile or answered to her question. I say sorry and tell her the address and then we end the call.

It's been almost half an hour since Kat called. I'm pretty nervous her coming because you never know what is going to happen when shes around, party animal that she's. I sip my new drink and talk with my boyfriend in table that is in the corner. I ask if he wan't to dance and he says he really doesn't like to and the song is shit. I sigh and laugh at him and he laughs too and says he's sorry. I tell him I'm going anyway to dance with my friends who I can see are dancing already. I get lots of drunken hugs and kisses while I arrived to the dancefloor. We have a laugh and dance our asses off.
After while DJ changes something slow to play and I thank my friends for the dances and hug them. It's so hot in the bar so I decide to get some air and go outside. I lean against the wall like earlier and take sip from my drink.
The cool air freshing me abit and it feels good. I hear foot steps coming towards me and I lift my gaze and see Kat grinning. - "Hey birthday girl" I say hey back and she comes closer and gives me a hug. It doesn't last long but I can smell her sweet perfume. I closed my eyes and just inhale the scent and then she pulls off. I offer her my drink and she takes it and takes few sips of it. - "So hows the party going so far?" I tell her it's been great and what has happened before she arrived. I tell her about someone trying to mime Cook and we laugh. She askes if I got many presents and I tell her about the car my parents bought me. - "Thats fancy..a car? Awesome." She stops and takes smoke from her pocket and lights it. - "I really didn't get get you nothing..I hope it ok?"She askes and I say that I'm glad that she came and that's enough of a present. She grins and offers the cigarette to me and I accept it. - "You remember last Saturday? I told you that I'd give you a birthday kiss and you didn't say anything to it..." I can feel her gaze on me. I give her her smoke back. - "Kat...maybe...maybe that isn't such a good idea." I can't look her in the eyes while saying this because I do want to kiss her. She has gayed me up for her so to speak. Never ever did I want to kiss a girl but now she's standing infront of me asking if she can give me a kiss. It's killing me to say it. Kat moves closer and I lift my head to see her closer than she was before I gave her smoke back. - "I wanna kiss you on your birthday..is that such a bad thing?"I take step back everytime she takes step towards me. - "Kat you know that.." Then I hit the wall behind me. Fuck. No where to escape now Lily. Fucking great. She's now very close. Too close. I try to look anywhere but not her. I can feel her hand on my waist now, stroking. - "Kat..please..my boyfriend is inside waiting for me and I sho.." She puts her finger on my lips to stop talking. She's now so close that our lips are almost touching. She murmurs something and then it happens. I push her away from me and I can't believe I just did it. She just looks at me and turns around to leave. The hurt on her face. I can't bare it. - "Kat..please don't...don't go..." She doesn't turn around. - "It's better this way..have a great party." She says and starts walking. I just stand there watching her go until she disappears around the corner of the building. -"Fuckfuckfuck....fuck." Is all I can think. -"Oh fuck it!" I say and start running, running after her. I reach the corner where I saw her last. I stop and there she's..smiling. - "Took you long enough." I don't say anything and then I push her against the wall and press my lips against hers. I lean back from it and rest my forehead against hers. - "I really should be getting back now." She nods. - "You coming?" Kat now shaking her head. - "I think I got what I came here for already so I think I'm gonna go now." I ask her to change her mind and take her hand in mine. - "What about your boyfriend?" She asks and I tell her not to worry about it and that he doesn't have to know. She takes better hold from my hand and pulls me closer for another quick kiss. - "Let's get back then. I think I need a drink."I agree and we walk back to the party. Hand in hand.
