So things I have learned while working at Ruby Tuesdays:

Any sort of animosity can be resolved simply by telling the other individual in question that they're just a god damned idiot. Or become a hobo and never talk to anyone so as to save yourself the future grief.

Just because it's a self-proclaimed high end/class or whatever they want to call themselves restaurant/business thing doesn't always mean that they are, in most likely of situations it's a case of some sort of self denial for the feeble minded management.

Management of such places usually put themselves out before other people. Thus nullifying themselves from the few actual intelligent people existent.

And speaking of which, they just plain don't give a shit, although they will do their best to tell you otherwise.

Any sort of raise/hour tweaking can be done by simply saying the phrase "I'm looking around for a different job." This really only applies to be they're afraid of letting go.

You may be a server, but that doesn't give you special previledges, and most likely your intelligence rates somewhere between a boulder and dog shit.

If a store hires you on the spot, it generally means they're desperate for employees and to stay as far away from the vicinity as is humanly possible, because there's usually a reason why they're short on help.

Drama is a part of life being around dumbshit servers. Get used to it.

Washing dishes is perhaps one of the most overpaid and awesome jobs to do.

Apparently Ruby Tuesdays comes before school, family, your future, life. Better get used to the abuse. Unless you're a dickshit manager.

ok well that about covers it. No I haven't quit.... yet. I'm still working on it. And all the better when I finally do.
