I am Chef on the starship Enterprise NX-01. My primary responsibility is to ensure that the crew and guests on Enterprise are provided with a varied selection of tasty meals. But I also consider crew morale to be one of my indirect responsiblities, insofar as it can be influenced by food and mealtimes.

I have had full Starfleet training, as befits a member of this ship and crew, including weapons and self-defense training. (In case anyone gets any ideas about raiding the galley--think again.)

I am also versed in veterinary nutrition and am developing an interest in xeno-nutritional requirements and various alien cuisines.
