The girl that lives in the apartment above me is a total f*cking hag, I swear. At ten o'clock, while she was still wide awake, Mitch was changing his drum heads, and he just tapped on it lightly a couple of times with his finger to check the sound, and she stomped on the floor (our ceiling), like, ten times. Now, I was in the next room with the door open, and I could barely hear him tapping the drums! We have to listen to hear walking around her house in high heeled boots all day and she sounds like an elephant on stilts. Not to mention all of the other random, loud sounds that she makes, and we never complain. On top of that, yeah, we stay up a little late, but we're never speak above a normal speaking decibel, and I'm usually whispering, we've never had a party, we hardly ever play loud music, and we're not home that often. I won't even go into all of the other things that I think about her, or the things that Mitch says about her. I'll probably end up deleting this later, but I just wanted to vent.
Oh, and I can't wait to move to another apartment in June!

Hmm.
Lovely. Judgemental. Muggy. Gorgeous. Where I live.
It still feels a bit strange to say that. (Oh, and Chicago has awesome thrift stores. <3)
In other news, Mitch bought me, like, five books from work yesterday. So now I have tons of reading to do, since I still have two books that I'm finishing. I've already finished one of the books that he just got me.
I'm happy.
