K, I know I've been AWFUL at updating and just as bad at comments.
But I'm reading every day, don't worry.
I just can't sit on the computer when I get home, because #1 I'm never home, and #2 I'm at the computer all day at work.
Plus, I was just positive tomorrow was friday. So I did all my work for friday when I didn't have to.
bastards.

WORK:
All I do is work. Pretty much. It's 1230, adn I just got home. which sucks.
I work ALL the time, but I'm still so behind on so much.
Commercials always get done, it's just the other stuff.
I'm so behind in imaging (that's everything you hear on the air that's not tunes, commercials or the announcer talking... so anything that mentions the stations name).

It's just so frustrating to always be behind.
And it's so frustrating to do nothing but work, and always be broke. On friday I realized I had $16 in my bank account. I couldn't even buy groceries. I was eating cans of tomato soup and dry cereal for two days.

BOYS:
There's this guy at work who likes me.
BUT he couldn't even ask me for my number, he asked my friend Dustin.
which is pathetic.
and the more I talk to him, the less I like him.
So I'm hoping since he couldn't even ask for my number, he'll never actually ask me out.
But, I do like him as a friend, and his roomate is hilarious and I wish they were gay so they could just both be my friends. But I don't want to ever lead him on, so it doesn't have to get awkward. We'll see.

Plus, he said something on the phone last night that really irked me.
There's this girl Jackie who's on her practicum in the TV station (The building I work in has two FM radio stations and a TV station).
She's tall, super thin, blonde. Very obviously pretty.
and of course, all of the guys are in love with her.
He had gone on a shoot with her that day, so she came up in conversation.
He was saying all of the other guys are pathetic for going after her.
Then he said "I'm not even going to try because there's no way I'm good enough for her".
Now, remember, this is a guy who's now after me.
And he made it sound like it's only because she's out of his league.
Like I'm 6 leagues below her, so he'll go for me now.
It really rubbed me the wrong way.
I mean, we're told from birth that looks don't matter as much, that you should have a personality, blah blah blah.
Then here's this girl who has NO personality (and from what I hear, no skill at her job) but who's gorgeous, and she's a hundred times better than me.
I feel like I'm in high school again.
It's weird.

This Valentines Day wasn't sad. For the first time in three years.
(For those who haven't been around that long, Tim the first love of my life broke up with me on Valentines Day)
I just finally decided not to be sad anymore.
I wore pink shoes and a red shirt with a pink one underneath, and no one could tease me for clashing.

Next week I'm going to Vancouver to see my friend Kirsten. I'm just SO EXCITED to get out of the city. Not have to worry about work. and to be with someone who really knows me.
Because when I'm here, it's all work. I usually have to work one day on the weekend. and I spend the other day worrying about whether or not everything's done, everything sounds good, everything's running right.

WHEW. I feel a lot better after saying all of that.

On a lighter note, look at how long my hair is getting.

Isn't it weird how I still look EXACTLY like my icon? Even though I'm almost 22 now?

it's snowing pretty fierce, and my car won't stay running.
like, it starts, and then the rpms go down to zero and it stalls.
and the check engine light is on.
and I put some oil in and accidentally dropped the cap into the engine somewhere.
so, i'll have to find that.

now, since it's snowing, i have to wait another 25 mins for a cab.
so, i'll be an hour late for work.
i feel awful.
but, at least now i'll have time for breakfast.

I FOUND AN APARTMENT! yay.
I move in on Saturday.
I have to phone utilities tomorrow to see if everything can be hooked up.
HOPEFULLY.
i will have power and phone. IF I'M LUCKY even internet.

Sooo....
The job's pretty good.
I'm at work right now.
Yah, it's 9:40pm.
W/E.

Today a client was seriously rude to me, and tomorrow people are makign him come back and appologize. I'm dreading it more than anything ever.

Well.
all of my stuff has moved on without me.
i now live in a furniture free apartment.

it's weird to think i'll be moving again in a week!
and soon, starting another job.

WEIRD.
i know i don't update anymore anyway, but now i won't for at least two weeks.
