After an utterly soul destroying hour and a half of clicking refresh and pressing redial, paul phoned and informed us that we had our glasto tickets.

I did a small celebatory dance, phoned my parents and informed them and made them jealous and went to bed and then went to bar buddha and drank french martini's all day to celebrate.

This will be my ninth glastonbury, I wasn't at the last two because we couldn't get tickets but i've been going since i was 9-going-on-10 and this time i'll be 22-going-on-23.

This will also be the first time that i've gone without my family, no mum, dad, carl or uncle raymond or aunt lizz, but the first time with friends. So that will be weird, and I probably won't spend as much time as I did the last couple of times running about by myself seeing bands they didn't want to or haunting the dance tent with plastic bottle of cider in one hand and sneaky fag in the other.

It wins over any other festival i've even been at and i can't wait to go back, I'm not going to give a list of reasons of why i love it so because i don't think I can stop. I can't wait though...
