- i seem to have been listening to the manics an awful lot this week, I even pulled out all my singles and was listening to b-sides. It was lots of fun, esp as i was studying for my media law exam at the time ugggh
- speaking of my media law exam, that was horrible and painful and i wrote a lot of rubbish. I think I may of failed it but i never have a real idea of how i have done in exams anyway.
- but it is my easter holidays now and I am off for two weeks (yes i know easter was a couple of weeks back but we now have static holidays or something) most of which I will be spending doing shorthand oh joy of joys.
- on a happier note, I have glastonbury tickets, they seem to still be on sale so i probably didn't need to get up ridiculously early on sunday morning but i don't care I am just happy I have them and that I am going. i have been bouncing around since i got them.
- I have been watching a lot of buffy recently i seem to be having a watch every episode in order thing, that should keep me occupied in my two weeks off!
- On friday I went to see son of rambo and it was excellent. beforehand we hung about at Norman's and got drunk and I attempted to watch torchwood in a room full of drunk people, and then I cried in front of a room full of drunk people. Oh dear! But then Son of Rambo was excellent and no-one else in the cinema was laughing, it was weird we were all gutting ourselves and no-one else was.
- On saturday I went ot wagamama for my dinner with my lovely mother and then we went to see holy fuck at stereo and it was amazing, I had a fantastic time and danced like crazy. the support were ace but i can't remember their name, however there was a guy standing next to me actually shouting to his made and he kept saying 'HAVE YOU SEEN THE MIGHTY BOOSH' i wanted to smack him in the face quite a lot.

I went and got a cinema card after college last night as we have been going to the cinema loads recently and i have been spending well more than £12 a month on it. Its good to have it back. I went to see no country for old men and namde myself feel like an old lady by going I need to be home for my tv programme...
my mp3 player is broken, which makes me want to cry but after seeing no country for old men I kind of revelled in the silence of pounding down the street alone and just thinking about the film. And I did get home in time for my tv programme...
And then I remembered I had wanted to watch Reaper so thank fuck for +1 channels and I watched it and kinda loved. January is rubbish apart from tv. Tv is what keeps me sane.
So after watching things I wanted to watch i was flicking about waiting for andy to come home at 12 and ended up watching The Palace, which I keep meaning to watch because the guardian keeps bigging it up every week in the guide. (which i read cover to cover every week at work because it is the smallest part of the paper so I can hide it a bit in case anyone shouts at me). It was quite good if a bit overblown and shceme-y but there was thing about two of the servants collecting the royal families toenails and hair and swapping it for two cigarette butts out of Richey Edwards car that was left by the severn bridge. Crazy manics fans. On an ITV show. Gotta love it.
