BioIt's simple really. I'm Lee. You need my help? I'll give it to you, but all I ask is that you truly need it. I'll help the good and wronged people of Bete Noire (or anywhere else for that matter), but there's no telling what I'll do to you if I find out you're not one of them.

The city's name is Bete Noire. Old superstition holds that it is the City that Shapes the World.
She watches over her city. Barefoot, wrapped in t'fillin. The people call her Fallen Angel but she answers to Lee. She offers help and guidance with open arms. Salvation and aid is granted to those that she deems worthy. Those that are not leave her presence worse off than before. If they leave at all.

The being said, Lee's relatively easy to find in her own town at night. The quickest way would be to visit The Furors run by an old German man named Dolf. Otherwise, seek her out on your own. She is open to conversation with anyone.
