All those chats about food with friends lately made me want to do something,
so I unburied my cook books, and decided to try to making a honey lamb tagine
today...
It doesn't start very well though... I should have planned, instead, I went to
Coles supermarket and struggled trying to find the appropriate ingredients.
They don't have turnips... let's see what happens using swedes instead. Didn't
find small white onions, let's try with large white onions cut in 4. Safron ?
nada... oh well, I'll skip that one... Corinthia raisins ? nada.. oh well, some
dried raisins may do the trick... at least I have honey, found cinnamon sticks,
ginger and lamb, hopefully it won't be a total disaster
