i cannot appreciate: bank staff who call me up without notice, attempt to sell me a policy, rattle off a list of benefits, expect me to make a decision right there and then, get annoyed at my apparent stupidity for not wanting to take up said policy.
Seriously people. This whole 'open for limited time through phone' marketing technique just smells like fish and more fish.
