Well, school has gotten much better por moi. I've actually got two girls I'd consider friends in four of my seven classes! I'm laughing tons more now and not only that, but my algebra grade is sky high compared to what it used to be. I got an 88 (which is a B) on my report card for that class! I wanted to jump up and down, LOL. Also... a really cute, nice, funny guy asked me for my s/n on Friday!! I know it's like, "so?" to you people, but to me it's a huge deal cause, you know, I had no friends. :P So I was really happy. And then in algebra there's another guy who asks me for help all the time on his work. He holds the door for me too if he gets there before me. Like, the full-on, steps out of the way door hold. It's so awesome. :) Just call me J. Chlo (Ya know, like J. Lo only it's my name that rhymes with hers? Yeah... I'm really hyper right now. LOL.)!
Oh, you know what else? I FINALLY got my D&B purse! I absolutely lurrrve it, especially the colorful zipper. Anyway, dinner's ready! Mmm...cheeseburgers...*drool* [/Homer Simpson-esque behavior]

I am so stressed out right now. Today's my mom's birthday and I have no idea what to do. My dad's at work and he left me to do all this by myself! I told him to get these dishes from Belk that my mom's in love with but he didn't do that - he didn't even mention it in the note he left me. So now all she's got is some stupid lotion, makeup and two gift cards. She's gonna hate it all!!! My dad got areally pretty cake but no candles (cause I'm not the best with a lighter) so I have to dig for those cause who wants a cake with no candles? Even if there's only five... Anyway, I don't even know when to give her this stuff or where to put it or do I get out the presents now or when I get the cake... I feel like crying I'm so stressed. I can tell she expects some wondrous gift for today but I just don't have it :( I wish I could cook for her or get her that iPod that she wanted but my dad wouldn't buy.

1.) Does anyone know what happened to Becca ()? The site says her name doesn't exist and I can't remember my Xanga name to check her journal over there. She just kinda dissapeared huh?
2.) Does anyone know of a site where I can find non-pornographic, non-naked, and non-risque pictures of Paris and Nicky Hilton? I remember this one site but I can't think of the name. It was something like hilton-sisters.net or something. I dunno.

I hope everyone had a fun & happy New Year's Eve, and I hope 2005 is even better than 2004! As for me, it was off to a great start. Jessie and I watched the Peach drop on TV (my first year without Dick Clark! :( I've watched him since I was a baby) and then went out onto my driveway and popped party poppers and threw confetti. Then we danced in the streets like crazy people - the first time in my life I haven't showed any inhibition infront of other people. It was awesome!!!
In the sadder news, Jessie has to go back to NC tomorrow morning! :( But at least we get to drive her to our meeting destination... I can't believe it's already been 5 days! And I have to go back to school on Tuesday, then the dentist on Monday! Arghhh...
Anyway, I've got to get back to playing. Mario Power Tennis is awesome but obviously designed by people on drugs. Just play the shine and ghost special games. LOL. TTYL!

So...yesterday. I went out shopping to Rich's-Macy's to spend my gift card. I didn't buy anything though, cause I'm saving up for a $155 Dooney & Bourke purse and they're never on sale. So far I've got $52. LOL. My mom said she'll pay 1/3 if I can get the other 2/3.
Also? Jessie's coming over tomorrow! I'm gonna totally watch The O.C. with her - her mom will have my head, but she needs to be exposed to pop culture. The girl doesn't know who Paris Hilton is or what "that's hot" means. Shame. Also? I want to show her Ryan and his hottness. She can't say that Orlando Bloom is hotter than Ben McKenzie once she sees him without a shirt on. And we'll watch Passions and stay up late and eat stuff.
Also? This entry is very boring and pointless but I want people to know that I'm still alive so they'll start commenting again, LOL. Have a good rest of the winter break, since I may not be on for a few days.
edit: It's all my dad's fault that I'm writing a Mario Brother's/Princess Peach/Princess Daisy fan fic. It's coming along really well so far; I'm happy. I doubt anyone would want to read it, but if you do...I won't call you a nerd. :P It's kind of a love story/tragedy thing. I think it'll be good!
Also? I'm getting really excited about Jessie but also nervous. I don't want her to be bored the whole time, cause this place is a ghost town. Le sigh. Life is so complicated. LOL. |

Okay, is it really lame that all it takes for me to come crawling back to Livejournal after decidedly abandoning it is one look at someone's user pics? Geez. Well, I have to say it's good to be back even though I didn't really miss it all that much until today.
My birthday was great (thx for all the wishes!). My grandma came down from Massachusetts and stayed for almost two weeks. My cake was really hot and had "Go Patriots!" and "Vinatieri #4" on it. Yes, I know, I am a 14-year-old girl who had a football cake, but what can I say? It was yummy. The top layer was vanilla and the bottom layer was chocolate. My favorite pressie was the DVD of season one of The O.C. which I have been watching almost non-stop since I got it. I really want a portable DVD player for Christmas so I can watch it in bed, but I doubt that'll happen, LOL.
Speaking of Christmas, I can't believe it's only, what, two days away? This year is flying by lately, and I have to say I'm glad. 2004 wasn't the best year for me, what with the move and some other miscellaneous personal stuff, but 2005 will be breakthrough for me, I just know it. Ever since I've started watching The Ellen Degeneres Show, I've been striving to be more like Ellen and dance to my own tune. I've done fairly well so far, but I still really need to improve, especially at school.
My parents and I are seriously considering home schooling me. This year is such a waste of time for me, because I am ridiculously ahead of everyone else. I'm not trying to brag here, but who in the 8th grade has a reading level of 2.3?! Everything I do at that school is either busy work or a complete waste of my time, not to mention only two people talk to me and I don't even like them. So that equals no friends for me, except on the internet and in NC and MA. So my days at school are mostly spent writing letters to either my mum or Jessie, or planning what I'm going to do on the Sims 2, or even what I want to add to my Christmas list. But I'm off until January 3rd, and this week I'll have lots of new stuff to play with. So s'all goot.
After Christmas, my BF Jessie might come down! I proposed the question last night on the phone, and she is really excited about the prospect. I think each of our parents would each drive half of the 4 hours, but all we have so far is that Jessie and I both really want this to happen. :)
Well, I think that's it... It's so hard to believe that nothing special has happened in my life since i last wrote, huh? LOL. Well, other than the fact that I "met" my kindred soul Josh at an all-nighter I went to with my cousin's church in MA last month; not that we had a conversation or anything but he liked me and I liked him and we had a real connection, man! The sparks were like, there. But anyway, I have to get off this computer, haha. I've seriously been on too much. TTFN! |
