- Music: Chopin - Grande Polonaise in E-flat Major
I don't really have much to talk about in here actually, except that I'm now making it a point to exercise as
often regularly as I can. So far I've gone jogging three times for the whole of this week and hopefully I'll be able to keep to this new exercise regime of mine. All in a bid to say goodbye to flabby body, and hello toned body! Well I hope.
