When I was a kid, my uncle (who was working on his Ph.D is computer assisted special education) used to teach a summer camp course called "LEGO/LOGO" where you'd use LOGO commands to control motors for Lego machines. We spent weeks building elaborate LEGO buildings and robots and creating LOGO command lists to allow it to walk, roll, and pick up all sorts of things.
Considering this is what I was doing in summer camp when I was 9, it's no wonder I've grown up to be so pale and computer dependent.
