Well,

you porobably knew it already, but I just want to keep you updated. It is almost middle of march and I can tell you the promisses are broken! A lie again...

I am up to finishing my corset no. 3. I think I am getting better. Sure I need about 50 more trys, but don't panic, I wont post them all here.

Okay,

second try to make a corset. I used same pattern and I think the sewing job is betteron this one. But, I did something wrong with the busk. it is not closed all the way in the top and in the bottem...ahhh, next try will be better!

This is the first corset I made by MYSELF

Yes, all by myself!

I know it is not a big show off and not a piece of perfection. It is full of wrinkles and full of mistakes. The bones are too long and the stitchings are very very ugly, yes, yes....I am a very bloody beginner and I can't sew at all!

But I made it myself. And, I would say it fits me.
So I am proud, I never thought I would be able to do this.

Next one is gonna be better - and next after next more better!

I spent the weekend with a nice girl who gave me and two other girls a corset making lesson. So this is the result:

I wont show you the backside, hehe! Because I messed up the grommets inside out, haha!

Okay, sometimes it is time to part!

I must part with two of my corsets.

With the first one, an S-CURVE UNDERBUST CORSET, wich was custom made by Creations L'Escarpolette to my measurements I must part because of a special reason:

I just want this corset out of my house!

I have ordered and paid 3 corsets from her - but this is the only one that I have got. This person ripped me off in my eyes, so I do not want to wear out and show off her work.. May you guys understand this?

It is still a lovely corset - and of course it is not "that corsets" fault. But it is more the thing that my attitude is too strong and I cannot love this corset anymore. Every time I look at it I get mad about this person who had made it. And if i would wear it out and someone would ask where I got it from I probably would freak out.So the best thing for me and that unique corset is to part wich each others.

About the corset:

It is made out of silk duipiony, two tone - grey and black. It has a stong busk (12,5"/32 cm) and a underbusk. Fully steel boned (double narrow bones) and very strong. It has a very high back, almost as high as an overbust corset.

Waist measurement all closed ist 18,5" /48 cm
Underbust measurment all closed is about 28" / 72 cm
Lengh in the front 13,5" / 35 cm
Lengh in the back middle 15,6" / 40,5 cm
Side lengh: 10,5" / 27 cm

this is exactly the same corset ( I had it re-made in leather) - you can see the datails maybe better:

The corset for sale is the grey and black one. I am using the original pictures, I hope this is okay - but in my eyes I paid enough So I should be able to use them for my sale. I sure can sent you some other pictures from the corset as well.

This corset had only been worn two times, and it is in perfect condition, almost as new. It goes to the person with the best offer!

I would like to buy and show off another corset from the amout, please help to pronounce honest corsetmakers!

Hi corset friends,

I have bought this corset for a good friend from ebay, but now as she has tried it on it does unfortunatly not fit her.

It is a "off the rack" corset in a standard 22" size.

But as venus corsets does offer some special sizing, this is an extra long corset for a long torso. And it is made for bigger breast, and it only will fit a very full full B ( no guarantee) better a C or a tiny D cup.

So, nothing for ladies like me. I would keep it for myself if it would nearly fit me in the breast part because I really like the way this is made. And as I can say, the quality for a off the rack corset looks very okay to me.

Fabric:

it is a strong cotton outside fabric with siverish flowers and leaves. It is pure white, and the flowers are shiny and reflect in a siver shade, depends of the light. Actually they are white too.
The outside fabic is very nice and straight, does not have any wrinkles....

The inside is a strong cotton fabic as well, looks a bit like coutil, but I am not sure about thatit is cotton for sure. It does have a waist tape inside.

Busk:

It is 14 " ( 36,5cm) long, narrow in the top part and bigger in the bottom. It feels like there is an underbusk, or at least a stong flat steel bone under one part of the busk.

Measurements:

Waist size 22", front lengh middle 15,5 ", back in the middle 14,5" sides: 12,5".

Bones:

A lot of them in different sizes as you can see in the pictures. It feels very comfortable ( sure, I tryed it on too, hehe).

Condition:

It has very tiny signs of waering, but you can tell it has not been worn a lot. The seller said it has only been worn one time, and I can say it looks very nice and it does not have any damages.

I bought it at ebay, I hope to get back what I had spent, and it was not too much - I spent about 80 Euro, so I give it away for around that price of course.

On their HP the corsets are not cheap, they are over 300 Euro - so this actually is a good deal!

I also would trade this corset for another corset, maybe.
Or, something like a victorian bustle skirt. Also I am looking for a pair of pennangalan boots, I wear size UK 5 , so I would need a UK 6 as they run so small.

Unfortunatly my upcoming corset got more complicated than I have expected. So I cannot post any pictures yet and I could not wear it for Wgt 2007.
Also my Persephone underbust from lescarpolette

did not arrive yet, so nothing new to show off!

I had to meet Maja from FrouFrou Design in Leipzig to have another fitting with a second mockup. Iit will work out now - suits perfect - but I will not get it before july - you need to be patient, but I promise it will be worth the wait!
Watch out!

Finally found a very talented photographer who is able to do the most perfect photos of the FrouFrou No. II. FrouFrou No. II is gonna be very bizarr and sexy. It might be even more dramatic than the FrouFrou No.I (Uniform Corset). But as I said, you must be patient....

I had no time to take a lot pictures at WGT this year, I was too lazy and I did not feel like it. Actually it is a pity because we had organized a little meeting of Korsettforum- ladys and guys there.

Maja sent the pictures to me today! I couldn't say anything - it is as I expected, or almost a bit better. The shoulder straps for the corset and also the jacket are still in progress. She is very busy at the moment and will need some more time. But as I look at the corset pics I think it is definitly worth waiting!

She will ship the corset monday. It is very nice from her not making me wait for the corset until the rest of the outfit will be done. I just do not know how I will survive the next few days while waiting!

I think it is time to update here a bit.

Well you guys must think I am a pretty boring person. Maybe you are right. I am not up to much. And I don't want to bore you to death.

So in the past weeks We bought a new car. It's a real cool thing, because the car is almost 40 years old. It is an 1967 OPEL ADMIRAL A

That car rocks!!!!

It is still a lot work - it is old and a lot need to be fixed. One day it will get a new shiny color. Right now it looks like this:

It still looks kinda odd but I am sure it will look nice once it's finished. Right now it is already fun driving around with it. Everybody is staring....thats funny down town!

Normally I am not so much interested in cars, but I think I am turnig more and more strange, hehe. I cut off my hair - more than half of it is gone now and dyed it blonde pink black. It's very strange and I must say I like it a lot. I saw this at the lipservice homepage. One of their models has had that kind of haistyling. So I had to copy that, hehe.

Sorry dear Lip Service model but it looked just so pretty that I needed to have that hair too!

Unfortunally I did not have my camera here so I was not able to take any pictures yet. Now the pink faded already and it is not so nice anymore. But I promise, I will add pictures soon! I liked it so much that I will dye some new pink again. I am trying to get a different brand beause the directions dye fades so quickly. BTW any ideas what to use?

I need to work one more week and than I am two weeks off! YAY. But we will work some more at the house in that time. As you can see it is still a big mess. I got new windows today and a front door - they need to be build in.

I spended a bit money on corsets again. Two new corsets arrived in the past weeks. One black and white pinstriped underbust with silver buckles and PVC bone castings..... and anotherone, a real sweetie....a black satin underbust with pvc bone castings and pink pvc pipings, detachable garters with little pink bows with skull beads.

Also I am trying to sew a corset myself right now. It is already the 2nd try. The first try went directly into the trash can. It is not that easy, especially for someone who does not know anything about sewing. I thought I will give it a try.

I just looked through some old photos and found some pictures of my two cats when they where babies. They were so cute - they still are but baby pictures are always something special. And I just feel like posting them here:

I guess I love striped skirts

before I forget...Went to a concert from the vanishing a while ago! It really kicked ass - here you can see it was soooo much fun:

Since I have a cold I could not go to work the past days. I felt a bit better today again and thougt I will sew something. Actually everybody I know started already with their outfits for WGT.

I did not have any ideas so far but than I thought to make a pvc/vinyl skirt to match the corset I just ordered. And as I did pick all the things together I needed I found some left overs of the striped fabric I used last year for my WGT skirt.

I planned to use it together with pvc for a new skirt. Also I wanted to add criss cross ribbons (the same as on the corset) on the sides of the skirt. That was the plan. But I hate sewing pvc fabric. So what the hell did I do?? I ended up sewing a striped fishtail skirt. I always wanted one like this but it will not match the corset.

Also I will not be wearing it at WGT because I was wearing almost the same skirt last year! And I do too many striped skirts - just got one made out of fake fur from my bf!

The skirt turned out alright ( I am really not good with sewing) but I still do not have a WGT outfit!

It had been very cold the last days and this morning I felt like taking some pictures of the snow and ice on the old (shitty) buildings that are around our house. The buildings used to be parts of the old farm. We are thinking about taking them away next summer and make a nice garage or something else there. But anyways - with the snow they look a bit better - too bad there isn't snow all the time!

okay - here I am again.

I`m sorry for not updating and not commenting since September 2004!

And at frst I wish everyone a A HAPPY NEW YEAR! (even if it is a little late, I know!).

I had a big computer problem - had to give it away to get it fixed. It's still not done, it needs some hardware parts, what ever dont ask me.... They are hard to get because it is an older laptop - thats what I was told.

As we spent too much money on the house I could not afford a new computer right away. So I had to save moey (was not even too hard without ebay and etc...) So this is why I was so quit for a long time.

So what happened in that 3 month to me?

THE CHRISTMAS DISASTER

.....we took a big break with the work in the house, planned the break until march (because of the weather, plannd to wokt on the canalization and build a new bathroom) - but at christmas eve it happened. I was washing my hair - recognized that water got more and more in the bath tub. I first thought the sink was blocked with hair - but not hair there! Holy shit!

We knew that the hole canalization was bad and old and we also planned to do all that in march. In march I was supposed th get a new cool bathroom - but now nothing is going anymore. And we better not using the toilet anymore. That was my christmas present, I guess.

So far it's just the bathroom. But this means I live in a apartment with no bathroom at the moment.!!!

There is still a bathroom upstairs in the other apartment - we can use. So thats not too bad, but it sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's just the thing that I was happy to take a break with all that work and dirt until march - and now we had to start right again because I think a bathroom is a very important room in a house and I want to get that fixed as quick as possible. So we had to wait until the holidays were over and now we stared already again.!

AT WORK

I am kinda lucky - I got told I will be station-master at the hospital - starting in february or march! I will get more money thats the best thing - but I am also sure I will have much more work. Also I will have to go to school for two years......and work...bah!

It's up to me I havn't made a decision yet. I have to tell my boss tuesday if I want or not.....hmmm, actually I just would like the more money!

GOING OUT/CLUBBING

Havn't been out much in the last months. I was to a club yesterday night. Met toxical_bride and some friends. It'was not good but we had a lot of fun. Dana toxical_bride took some pictures. Oh my good!

MY LOVLEY CATS As my grandfathers cat came back I have 3 cats now. They do not like each other so much - but it is gettiong already a bit better. My grandfathers cat is very beautyful - almost all black and very big!
