my OWN corset
This is the first corset I made by MYSELF

Yes, all by myself!

I know it is not a big show off and not a piece of perfection. It is full of wrinkles and full of mistakes. The bones are too long and the stitchings are very very ugly, yes, yes....I am a very bloody beginner and I can't sew at all!


 But I made it myself. And, I would say it fits me.
So I am proud, I never thought I would be able to do this.

Next one is gonna be better - and next after next more better!



I spent the weekend with a nice girl who gave me and two other girls a corset making lesson. So this is the result:





I wont show you the backside, hehe! Because I messed up the grommets inside out, haha!

Thanks you like it, makes me even more proud!

The shape is good, yes. But that girl made the patters for us. I will try to get better with the sewing job. I will from now on practice, I promise!

I think it looks really good! There are almost no wrinkles, don't beat yourself up over them. :)

Danke, ich bin verdammt stolz auf mich dass ich das so relativ gut hinbekommen habe. Man kann ja nicht sofort perfekt sein!

haha, nein *lach*-Um Schäden zu verursachen muß ich noch ziemlich viel üben! Okay, wenn ich meine selbst nähen kann dann verliert der ein oder andere Korsettmacher eine gute Kundin. Aber keine Angst, das ist mit meiner Fräulein Aldi Nähmaschine ja nicht möglich, die näht zu oft dahin wo sie will! So lange ich sie zum Nähen hab passiert nix schlimmes!

Ich werde natürlich weiter kaufen, denn meine Pläne kann ich nicht verwirklichen. Aber vielleicht was schlichtes für den Alltagsgebrauch. Das wär schon gut. Also - üben angesagt!

Ich werd wohl nun öfter Fortschritte posten (hoffentlich!)

Ich finde es jedenfalls sehr löblich, dass Du Dich selbst rangewagt hast. Übung macht den Meister und die nötige Kreativität hast Du doch allemal ;)

Your corset look very good and as it's seems your became addicted to corsetry, i will looking forward to your work.
