Got Lucas out of the couch even though he wasn't too happy about it! LOL. Basically I took some of your guys' advice and got his purple igloo, put it in the couch with some yogies underneath and then waited. He went right in and I blocked the entrance. YAY! LOL.
Then came the.. now what? SO I put my hand around the entrance and when he tried to get out I grabbed him. He squeaked and jumped and I caught him by his tail (sorry Lucas) and he sqeaked some more and then I grabbed his body with my hand and he was fine. Put him in the cage and I felt SO relieved! YAY!

This is Jumble Bunny - aka 'Jums' - having a well-earned rest.
"I et all the pellets!"

And this is Jumble with his good lady, Charcoal:

They were originally RSPCA rabbits, chosen from a litter of 5. Apparently, a ginormous grey rabbit mated with a Netherland dwarf and these 2 were the result.

Abby is a hairless girl that came to me when a friend could no longer keep her girls. Sweet, crazy girl with the biggest ears you've ever seen. Abby started dropping her weight, and then now she's showing signs of a pituitary tumor. She's believed to be around 2, (I thought she was only about 1-1.5, like most the other girls.) so I guess it's to be expected.
I'm majorly depressed over this. We just lost Shamus suddenly, and now this girl is starting to waste away. It looks like we'll be back to the vet in the next few days to see if anything can be done, but I'm wondering if it'd be better to have her PTS now, or to just force-feed her and try to get her weight up/treat her anyway. She's starting to degenerate quickly and while she's still eager to come out or be held, it's hard to judge what the best call is at this point.
( A few pictures of her. )

I spent all week just waiting for the weekend, but now I know that I will barely get a day off at all in the next three weeks due to having to work in London next Saturday.
I have to be at work at 6.30am Saturday to get coach to work at a wine tasting, and though I'll be on my feet all day, I'm quite excited because I've always wanted to go to one. There will be meats and cheeses too, and I'll be working the fragrant but dry whites table. Once it finishes at 7.30pm, everyone is going to go for a drink until the coach comes to collect us at 9pm. EXCEPT, I'm not leaving London quite that early. Chris is meeting me at the pub and we'll head down to our favourite London rock club and we have tickets for a midnight comedy night at Piccadilly Circus. at about 3am we'll probably get to our hotel. Last time we went to that comedy night we ended up being very drunk and very lost at got back at nearly 5am! So we're bringing the GPS on Chris' phone this time!

Hey everybody.
Behind the cut is my rat Billy, who was in the sink the other day. ;)
( RAT PICTURES! )
What, exactly are his markings? Blue merle? I'm not very familiar with rat markings.
THANKS!! :)
