Under Pressure

I've been wanting to do a Chinese Night for a while now, and with the Year of the Pig starting this week I'm cooking a banquet.

However, i've only cooked one of the dishes before, so I'm a little nervous about the rest of the menu.

Also with it being Year of the Pig, you'd probaly expect at least one pork dish. Nah, afraid not.

Tonights Menu

Starter - Mixed Chinese hor's d'oeuvres
Petit repas - Seasoned crispy duck, served with pancakes & Hoi-Sin sauce
Main Courses - Sweet & Sour Chicken (Canton Stylee), Lemon Chicken, Special Chicken Stri-fry.
Desert - ????
