1:44 pm	Under Pressure I've been wanting to do a Chinese Night for a while now, and with the Year of the Pig starting this week I'm cooking a banquet. However, i've only cooked one of the dishes before, so I'm a little nervous about the rest of the menu. Also with it being Year of the Pig, you'd probaly expect at least one pork dish. Nah, afraid not.
