Since everyone was so helpful for bronzer suggestions last time (and thanks to everyone that replied! ♥), I was wondering if anyone knows of any acceptable brush sets out there that have pink handles? I'm looking for new...so while I'm pretty sure MAC released an LE set awhile back that wouldn't work for me. And I know Sonia Kashuk has a breast cancer seat at Target, but I'm unsure of the quality.

So any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much in advance.

I miss writing in here. I read up on ALL my old entries and fell back in love with my life. So many good things have happened to me. I seriously want to print out each post and make it into a real notebook. I gotta read out of here in my jean jacket to enjoy this creepy December friday night but let me jot down a few quick updates since I last wrote in here:


1. I graduated from the University of Florida. I did it. I even have a fancy diploma to prove it. Although it's still rolled up, it is probably my most prized possession. (I know I'm bragging but I'm fucking proud!)

2. I live with Dad again. He can be a royal pain in the ass but it's been good.

3. Thanks to one of my really good friends, (ahem, Louis & Yanira!) I nailed an amazing internship after graduation at one of the best advertising agencies in the nation: Crispin Porter & Bogusky. They are always winning awards that I can't keep up. The place is amazing. I feel like I'm bragging but the company is SO great. It's like a digital playground for grown-ups. Co-workers slide by on scooters & during meetings you can hear dogs barking in the halls. It's very laid-back but at the same time everybody bust their asses. For example, I stayed till 5AM the other day working and went back at 10 later that morning.

Nonetheless, I guess they liked me so much they offered me a job in the middle of my internship! Ahh I certainly busted my ass but I am so honored to be working there. Okay, I need to shut up.


4. I have a brand new crush. It only took me about 2 years. But I really like this one. A lot. He will be mine.

Also - on eBay... I find it hard to believe these pigments can be $10 or "Best Offer" with free shipping and still be authentic MAC. One person left them a negative saying it wasn't real MAC and the person never commented on it.

I'm using paypal to send packages over seas and the price they are giving me to mail items are REALLY expensive, over $20 for something thats 3 to 6oz.
Has the post office raised thier price that much or is it a paypal thing?

So last night I ran into the owners from the beauty school I attended. They didn't seem to approve that I was pursuing a career (although I'm sure they didn't see it as a career) in makeup, rather than working in some lame salon somewhere.

I feel supported.

This may not be the most appropriate community for this question, but I'm not subscribed to any other makeup-related communities so if this is inappropriate, let me know and I'll delete it.

I recently got hold of a sample of Clinique's "Take the Day Off Cleansing Oil" makeup remover and I'm kind of in love with it. It cuts through my foundation and my MAC eyeshadow like a knife without tugging. I want to get a full sized bottle but I've noticed that Clinique carries a product related to this that effectively does the same thing called "Take the Day Off Cleaning Milk" makeup remover. I tend to have dry skin, especially in the winter, so if the milk counterpart is more moisturizing, I'd opt for that one.

The Clinique website isn't being very helpful in explaining the differences between the two, however. Does anyone have any experience with both these products? Which one would you suggest for dry skin?

Alright, so. My email is having some issues and I can't find the messages about where I purchased things on here, causing this package that came along with Seedy Pearl, a NARS palette and... this mystery pink. I have no sweet clue what it is. If you're the one that sold to me and could let me know, that'd rock! Sorry I'm mildly inept. Otherwise, please help me figure out what on earth this pink is! I'm hardly an aficionado of pinks.
