So to recap... two and a half men got a bunch of noms and Scrubs did not
Boston Legal... a show I have never heard anyone ever say they watched got a bunch od noms and Kyle Chandler and Friday Night Lights got NOTHING!!!

Remember when the show first aired and it was horrible? I never thought that I would love it so much. It really fills the Sunday night void in my life that grey's move caused... because it's not like I could go do something productive in that hour..

I love Sally Feild, Norma Rae, Not Without My Daughter, Eye For An Eye, Steel Magnolias and of course Mrs Doubtfire... she's great, even on the uber boring ER she's great. And she's fab as Nora.. and Arvin Sloane is Nora's brother!

Calista Flockhart, I feel like I shouldn't like her, but I do. And I love that Rob Lowe is her new ove interest on the show... but I've got to say a little part of my wishes Robert Downey Jr would join the show. Remember Ally and Larry? They were such a cute couple, but then Robert started doing drugs again and had to go to rehab so Larry had to leave to.

I think my favourite person on the show is Matthew Rhys. Kevin is my favourite brother. And Luke MacFarlane is coming back as Scotty. Which is very exciting because he's cute... well played TR Knight.

What I think I love best about the show is Greg Berlanti is behind the scenes... he's the God that created Everwood. Treat Williams has popped in a few times. Emily VanCamp is joining the cast as the unknown sister. How amazing would it be if Gregory Smith showed up and we got a little Amy/Ephram! I think I would have a heart attack.

I adore this show.

Laura is back on GH... even though it's just a month, it's wonderful.

And...


Marish is back on SVU on tonights episode!!! Yeah I can't stand that girl from Gladiator... I miss Olivia.

Aw it's that time of year, humdity tries to over power the bottle of hair gel in my hair, bugs bite me and make me swell up, flip flops, chip wagons and trashy summer TV.

It's been a good nine years. I will miss you. I was so looking forward to seeing you on The View with Joy and Rosie O teaming up against you, that would have been brillant.

I hope you stay in the public eye, so I can see your complete transformation to alien. Are you the real father of Suri? That might be the only way for you to stay in the papers, because you don't cross Barbara Walters and except to work again.

Remember Jesus loves you, as does your gay husband and the tens of people who are your fans that you had to be honest with and tell the real reason for your departure from the show.

Francis will reprise her role as Laura Spencer for a limited run of unspecified length, per USA Today. I'm so excited about this. Of course that means I have to find time to watch Gh again... but Luke and Laura!

Luke Spencer was one of my first crushes. When I was little and would watch "Man and Woman" with my mother, I would hold out my hand blocking my line of vision from the TV thinking I was doing the same to my mother and she would finally let me watch Mr Dress-Up. I always moved my hand when Luke was on because I loved him.

For the record I did this when I was about 4 or 5 so I was cute, not retarded.

I started reading A Million Little Pieces. It's a weird book, well weird format. I highly doubt every autobiography out there is 100% truthful, and think the whole thing was blown up a bit.

But one thing he says is people with addictive personalities just keep feeding their addictions. That when people join AA they are just replacing booze with meetings and affirmations. Will I think that is a little extreme, I can totally see his point of replacing one addiction with another.

Best commerical ever... well not really since I just know it's for bread, and can never remember who makes it.

Creepiest commerical has to be the Polident commercial. The one with an older couple in bed getting it on when the guy gets up to clean his dentures and uses the chick's last polident tablet and is grossest out she only uses it once a week... yet by the end of the commercial he's back in bed getting it on. EW! First off... why would you pick that moment to go clean your dentures? And second.... is that what I have to look forward to in 40 or so years? Being in bed with a guy who jumps up to take out his teeth and clean them?

I'm happy Chloe Dao won on Project Runway. (http://www.bravotv.com/Project_Runway_2/Bios/Designers/Chloe/). I liked her, and I couldn't stand Santino. He had a good Fashion Week show though. And I loved the purple dress for Nicky Hilton, but he drove me nuts.

I liked the clothes off your back challenge and the leaf dress that Chloe did, but I was surprised Daniel V didn't win, he won the most challenges.

Shane from Survivor is insane and needs to leave. He was funny at first, but now I think he has serious mental issues and should be seeking help. And he is really creepy when he smokes. Aras, Austin and to a lesser degree Nick are really hot. Terry reminds me of Tom the firefighter that won a few seasons back, I think he's the won to beat.

Why or why is EVERYTHING on Tuesday nights? I love The Amazing Race but it's in the way of Scrubs, SVU and Gilmore Girls, it's just too much. Would it kill a network to put something on Monday? Because there is nothing on Monday's except the VJ search, but that's a temp thing.

Will on AI looks like a weird Fred Savage impersonator. Taylor looks much older than 29 and comes off as a creepy old man. Brenna had a huge ego and was a huge bitch, I'm glad she's gone.

I'm not going to the hospital today. I think I'll spend the day with my boyfriend Nick.

I usually say fearlessness, smile and try to change the subject. I don't like to dwell on the expensive proof of my celebrity obsession hanging around my neck. Nor do I want to go into the stupid story with people I hardly know about why I wear this necklace everyday.

As I've mentioned I have a crush on Mariska Hargitay. I think she's the most beautiful person, and the only woman I would become a lesbian for. So, she has this wonderful charity joyfulheartfoundation.org that helps rape victims and I thought it was really neat so I bought the necklace (Olivia wears it too) for myself for my birthday. Well, it's $113usd, but the money goes to charity so I was okay with it, plus I thought that included shipping. Well, Mr UPS comes up to me with a nice little box and tells me I owe him $85 (shipping/duty/a getting over the border fee). So once you add everything up and figure in the exchange this tiny necklace cost me over $200cdn, hence why I wear it everyday.

It has an annoying theme song, but I am so hooked on the muchmusic vj search, it's borderline sad.

I just saw a commerical for the Entertainment Tonight Oscar Special. I think it is the lamest thing I have ever seen. Mary Hart is wearing a horrible red ball gown and they are all in front of a white background talking about how the Oscars are such a moving experience and it's such an honour to be there and... are you ready for this... they started playing I've Had the Time of my Life.

Canada finished with 24 medal at the Olympics, if you go by total medals won that puts them in third place, not too shabby. I just hope they aren't setting themselves up top fall on their faces in 2010 and not "own the podium".

The closing ceremonies made no sense to me. First off... Ricky Martin shaking his bon bon?? What was up with that? It made no sense to me, seeing as Ricky Martin isn't from Italy but had the longest set. Umm... why?

So the past three months I have pretty much spent every day at the hospital. Now that Alyssa is at rehab and busier so I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things. (I.E I started watching TV again... what other life did you think I had?)

An all-new Gilmore Girls tonight! I was so upset last week that it was a rerun and that Law and Order was one I've already seen (although it was the one Marish was brillant in). It's so cruel that my two favourite shows (read:obessions) are on at the same time. Oh how I wish I had the WB so I could watch GG at 8, then switch over to NBC at 9 for Scrubs and SVU.

I finally watched the season finale of Nip/Tuck... WTF!?!?!?! That was the worst episode ever. I really expected more from Ryan Murphy nothing about Nip/Tuck is obvious and what you'd think so why did they make the Craver Quention? That was so obvious. (Unless you twist it that it was so obvious no one would think they would go with him, so there fore it was a shock... but I don't want to twist it)

Which is more sad... that E! started the red carpet show for the SAG Awards at 5 and the show didn't start until 8... or the fact that I watched 3 hours of Ryan "at least I'm not Star Jones" Seacrest on the red carpet of the SAG awards? Speaking of award shows...

Brokeback Mountain got 8 noms for the Oscars. I love this movie. It's so beautiful on many levels. Although the dead animal shots upset me, Ang Lee made it up by then quickly going to a naked Heath or Jake. The thing I don't understand (and stop ready if you haven't seen the movie but plan to) how do you go from freaking out that you started to cuddle with a guy in your sleep to having sex with him in the span of five seconds?

Marish was on Leno Tonight. I missed it, but I saw the end and she was wearing a great dress and super hot shoes. Hopefully I'll catch the rerun tomorrow.

This is getting out of hand. It seems I am just not meant to go to a concert of someone who was big before my birth. First I couldn't get Stevie Nicks tickets, and than on Friday Paul McCartney tickets sold out before I could get them. I totally should have just stayed at home and tried online. I wasn't expecting so many people to be there. It was the random draw deal and the people who were at the front of the line took forever deciding what they wanted, and the dude at ticketmaster was waiting for all the credit cards to go through and people to get their change before moving on to the next person. Anyway the concert sold out before I could get tickets. Well that's not true, I couldn't get three tickets, but I could have gotten 2 floor seats, but the were $300 each and I didn't have enough money on my credit card for them.

I'm just hoping Stevie Nicks comes back. I really really want to go see her.

Work was so dead today. But I had my coffee so I was good to go. And I was working with chatty gals so it was all good.

I got my income tax on Friday. I got $975. I should pay off the balance of my credit card. However, I will probably spend that on shoes. Ha. I need new flip flops and heels. It's finally spring weather, and I have offically retired socks for the next few months.

Nip/Tuck season 3 doesn't start until Sept. 6th. That is so far away!! The wait is killing me the season finale of S2 was mid October, that's 11 months without new episodes! Ah, Tv how I adore thee. Season 3 of the Gilmore Girls came out on the third and I still haven't gotten it. I'm so proud of myself.

Okay, I get the hint. My The Dance dvd is as close to seeing Stevie Nicks in concert as I'm going to get. Clearly, someone something in the universe does not want we to see her live and in person.

So this morning, I wake up early to get Stevie Nicks/Don Henley tickets. Well first off I thought they went on sale at 10am, since that's the norm for ticket sales. Well, no they went on sale at 12pm, so I could have slept in. Of course I could have slept all freakn' day because the show was cancelled!!! Fuckaduck. I mean I'm not asking much, just want to hear a few of my all time favourite songs preformed live. I'll even take seats in the very back row. I just want to go!!!!!! The reason for the cancellation was "scheduling conflict" so I'm hoping/begging/hell I'll even pray that they reschedule and I can go.



I've suddenly become obsessed with Bono. I'm not really sure where this came from. I've never been a huge U2 fan, basically just the singles. But I can't get enough lately.


I've been watching it for years, but Law and Order:SVU has joined the Gilmore Girls in the un-healthy obsession realm. I'm not really sure what it says about me that I'm obsessed with a show about sex crimes. But I can't get enough. I'm going to buy the first and maybe fifth season dvd on Monday. I don't understand why they skipped 2, 3, and 4 but whatever.

And Mariska Hargity is my new non-sexual crush. I love her. I want to be her best friend. She has the charity called the Joyful Heart Foundation, which sounds really cool about dolphin therapy for victims of sexual assaults. The foundation is selling a really funky necklace, but it's $100usd which is a little hefty since I'm broke right now, and I really need to stop putting things on my credit card. (Except Stevie Nicks tickets of course)
