I really, really, REALLY hate when people obsess over superficial things and insignificant losses.

So tired these days.

Motherhood & nursing school = no sleep/no life.

Kennedy Michaela Jenkins made her debut into the world on Friday, February 12th 2010 at 9:14pm. She weighed 6lbs 11oz, and was 19.5 inches long.

We've been home for over a week now, and as much as motherhood is rewarding, its damn tiring and scary as shit.

We're ready to move forward with this new chapter in our lives :]

I feel slightly euphoric this evening.... and I love it.

Andrew & I found out we're having a baby girl today <3

I would have to say that the best time of day for me, personally, is 4:00pm. Not sure why I settled for this hour, but it still feels like the afternoon and the evening is just within reach. I just always enjoy that feeling because there's so much you could do at this time. late lunch, early dinner, having a nap or going for a dip in the pool.

Other best times of the day are 6:00pm on Saturday, Mondays and Tuesdays and 9:00pm on Thursdays & Fridays as thats the time Andrew gets off work to come home <3

It's officially been five years since I've celebrated a Father's Day with my dad. & the worst part is, I'm not even sure what we did.

 My mother got her nose pierced tonight
When she showed me, I double checked the driveway to make sure there wasn't a convertible sitting in it. 
And then I asked where she got tattooed.

Andrew and I broke up.

Happy Birthday, Dad.
I wish you were only here to celebrate it.
