I don't know what's been up with my body lately, namely my stomach.
For the past couple of days i've been eating not light lunches, but i guess you could say light lunches for my standards. I've basically just had Yoshinoya one day and salads the next two. I do this because I have basketball at 2 and I don't want to eat a hearty meal that's just going to bite me in the ass later on. After I eat these lunches, my stomach is very content, it's not empty and its not too full. But right around 4:30/5 I start getting really hungry, so of course I have to satiate this hunger. One day I did this with a whole gargatuan thing of trader joe's microwavable spaghetti (UH, PS EVERYONE, THIS STUFF IS SO BOMB). Anyways, 3/4 of the way through I start feeling sick, like i'm past full, so I stop. Come dinner time, i'm not THAT hungry but I eat a little anyways. Tonight though I had some chicken soup (and no snack in the afternoon, even though I was hungry again) and literally after I finished the bowl (a regular sized bowl), I started to feel really full, so I stopped. And then tonight at 11, (like the past couple of days), I started getting REALLY HUNGRY again. It's weird. It's like my hunger is over-satisfied by small portions of food on the spot, but a couple of hours later I find out it's really unsatiated. And i'm writing about this because I know some of you guys know i'm a beast, and I eat a lot, so it's just been a really frustrating couple of days for me (not to mention the fact that this week has royally sucked with my lack of sleep, essay(s), and parking permit situation). K, that's it.
