Nikolai Rostov. Alexander’s personal assistant and secretary. A brilliant young man hailing from a political family with roots in Russia; it is often said that he was combed for this kind of job since birth. He handles all issues and matters that are not
worth Alexander’s attention (the so-called “little things” of governance), and is often found holding the fort in Alexander’s stead. Has a strange fascination for the Underworld scene of Arcis.

Mafuyu Ryusaki. Legal administrator and counselor to Alexander and the Arcis federal government… some find it surprising that he has such an important and demanding job given his age. Cold and straight-laced through and through. The injoke at City Hall is that his blood is snow-broth.

Sekara Merique. Public Relations Officer for the Arcis government… the dirtier aspect of her job would be media control, and it is that aspect that Sekara appears to do the best. Some say she was quite the wild one in the past, but given her current disposition few are inclined to believe that.
