starley.castille@gmail.com BioHi, welcome to my Lj. Some of you know me as Jenn, others of you know some of the characters I portray, likely Starley. My posts are sometimes about life in the Jennaverse (aka my real life) and some of the posts are based on my characters or their points of view. I do tend to make good use of filters though so if you prefer to read one type of post and not the other send me an email and let me know I'll put you on the filter you prefer or you can just skim it for what interests you.
Concerning the Cam: Any information obtained about character's portrayed or any IC stuff in my Lj is strictly OOC knowledge for you as a reader. I allow people to read it oocly for fun or their own curiosity but if it becomes a problem I will cut people on a as needed basis from that filter. If you cannot separate what you know in character versus what you know out of character please stop reading my Lj or request to be removed from character posts. Also the Cam code of conduct means nothing here as this is my own personal space, if that is an issue for you please feel free not to read my journal. This is NOT a Camarilla journal nor a sanctioned Camarilla medium. When I post here I post as Jennifer the person and never ever in any unofficial or official CAM capacity as Jennifer the Cammie. Which means if you do not want to see/read about adult themes, bad words, the honest commentary of things in my day to day life, my rants, venting, bitching, or your feelings are easily hurt then you are not allowed to read my personal journal and if you do so without my consent, you do so at your own risk and further agree you will not hold me responsible for the content and are just reading it to torture yourself.
Commenting: I love comments but reserve the right to screen or delete inappropriate or trollish ones. I don't have any issue with people disagreeing with me or other readers I do have issue with trying to turn my Lj into drama central or a war zone. So feel free to be honest or disagree but if it goes to far or is out of line, I may delete or disable comments on a post.
Friends: Most of my Lj posts are friends only and then from there I have lots of filters. So if you're here reading my journal and you're not friended to me you're missing most of the content. To remedy that friend me and/or leave a comment on one of my public posts or email me with a request to be friended. I don't generally reject a request, even if I don't know someone very well I just like to know who is reading or lurking.
Writing/Art/Pictures: From time to time I post pictures I have taken, or artwork I have done, or articles I have written, if you enjoy one of them and would like to use it elsewhere please ask first. I usually don't mind sharing my stuff but I do like to be asked and know who is using it and for what. In fact I have yet to refuse anyone who has asked...
Grammar: Mine sucks. I went to a hippy school (strangely it was a public school too) that felt one should focus more on feelings than mechanics. Thus I ended up with a vivid imagination but a lack of grammatical rules for proper expression. I am working on it slowly learning and improving but it's kind of boring so it's slow going. I think I usually do a good job of making myself understood but tend to be a fan of run on sentences. So forgive my trespasses or just don't read it :)
Want to know anything else? Ask. I am a fairly open book.
